So MLP Rainbow Roadtrip was initially something not really available after it's airing only to end up on PlutoTV and now the entirety officially on YT:

Actually was available, since it got two DVD releases, unlike the later seasons. A DVD release in the UK in the past, and a recent DVD release in South Korea (NTSC, with English audio)

Pretty much as the title says. Whether it's on services like PlutoTV, TubiTV or anything such as a company's official YouTube channel, this is a place to talk about or point out what is currently available for free and legal..

Definitely think TubiTV needs more love and views with what they have. So far their content:
- The Flintstones
- Scooby-Doo, Where Are You?

Great thread idea!! Tubi is great for older shows. There's some good stuff on Pluto TV too - Lupin, One Piece, Garfield, Samurai Troopers, Transformers G1, Fairly Oddparents, TMNT, etc.

It's just that animation isn't popular, while at the same time being costly. Networks and studios will never budge on their own, hence why we need to be active.

Not popular? I guess it depends on the genre. Not free, but Netflix seems to have a new animated series debut just about every month. Admittedly, a lot of them are for quite young audiences.

I just mean that distribution of it hasn't always been the highest priority, especially on some services. Especially how some years older titles of a cartoon are harder to come by while older titles of live action shows don't have as many hurdles.

Basically so when breaks like this come where we have numerous titles to watch/support for free, I think it helps to keep awareness of such.

Also especially with how TubiTV you can give thumbs up to a particular titles and same for individual YT videos.

So not sure animation is high on the list when it comes to a network/studio bottom line, but supporting what we have is the best way to change that.

Sure, that all makes sense. Although, I would say that many older live action shows are also hard to come by, especially dramas pre-2000. Tubi again comes in handy there.

So as the Beetlejuice animated series was put back up and this being October, a recap and note of some freebies for the season, not necessarily just horror:

Well TubiTV still has several Scooby-Doo shows and has for the time readded some Batman animated films including The Batman VS Dracula, Batman Beyond Return of the Joker (Remember when the Uncut version was the special release), Return of the Caped Crusader, Batman VS Two-Face and more.

- Tales From The Cryptkeeper (TubiTV)

- Sabrina TAS and Secret Life (TubiTV)

- Ruby Gloom (YT)(Checking this out bit by bit)

- Arthur Halloween episodes (Mostly PBS Kids app with Hic or Treat also on YT)

- Ready Jet Go (Both on PBS Kids and the first also on YT)

- Two episodes of The Ghost & Molly McGee (Plus the Shortacular episode), few episodes of The Owl House and all of Gravity Falls S1 (YT)

BBC iPlayer has a lot of cartoons available for free, such as Boy Girl Dog Cat Mouse Cheese. The Total Drama series (from Revenge of the Island onwards so far) is also available for free on the service (as long as you ignore the edits), as well as the reboot and the spin-offs (The Ridonculous Race and most of Total DramaRama’s run).
All of 6teen’s run is available for free on Tubi and YouTube (the latter cuts off the credits), thanks to Nelvana and FilmRise’s deal.

Wildbrain has a channel dedicated to a Beverly Hills Teen Club cartoon. They're uploading slowly, but I imagine will eventually have the whole 65 episodes. Playlist link:

Can't recall if I ever watched it or saw ads. But despite some similar names, no association with Beverly Hills 90210. Even predates it.
