No way it'll happen. WB didn't leave on good terms with the BB crew. not after what happened to ROTJ.
Besides ROTJ is a great way to end the series...Drake and Wayne reunited, and Terry establishing himself as Batman. It did a good job resolving the problems in the Bat-family.
Er...except Nightwing's fate was never explained...guess that could be explained in another DTV TNBA movie. Maybe Dick would decide to become a cop, like in the comics. Or do something else with his talent, only through legal channels.
We're more likley to see a DTV TNBA movie, but the WB is still not very appreciative of the brilliance of B:TAS and TNBA.
Maybe with Justice League on the air, Cartoon Network may want more Superman and Batman movies to play. I'm still a little worried about CN, since when WB took in TNBA they were really supportive and were loose on the censorship, then they turncoated and deemed the series too dark. But since CN has stuff like Adult swim, that may not be the case.
