Today marks the 15th Year Anniversary of when DBZ Kai first hit United States airwaves. It was on May 18th of that year when the "refreshed" version of DBZ was first released in the United States through home release.

Today marks the 15th Year Anniversary of when DBZ Kai was released in the United States via home release. It would be on May 24th of that year when the "refreshed" version of DBZ would hit United States airwaves.
Happy birthday to the late Chris Ayres on what would have been his 60th birthday. His performance as Frieza was one of the highlights of DBZ Kai and DBS for me. May he continue to rest in peace.
Today marks the 15th Year Anniversary of Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated and the 12th Year Anniversary of its series finale. It ended up becoming my favorite adaptation of the Scooby-Doo Franchise and found out about Lewis Black by name (I had heard his voice in some earlier shows).
Happy birthday to the late Akira Toriyama on what would have been his 70th birthday. The DB Franchise was my introduction to anime & manga and remains near & dear to me to this very day (as I'm sure my moniker here would make clear). May he continue to rest in peace.
Today marks the 15th Year Anniversary of when Pokémon: HeartGold & SoulSilver were released in North America. To this day, the Johto Games remain my favorite games in the Pokémon Franchise.

Today marks the 20th Year Anniversary of Avatar: The Last Airbender. There were aspects I felt were better executed in Avatar: The Last Airbender but there were aspects that I felt were better executed in The Legend of Korra.
Today marks the 10th Year Anniversary of the Nintendo 3DS Remake of Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask. Personally, I find myself preferring the 3DS Version of the game as I feel it alleviated the tedium I found with playing the Nintendo 64 Version of the game.
Today marks the 20th Year Anniversary of when Legend of Zelda: Minish Cap was released in North America. I found it cool how this game not only revealed the origins of Vaati and the Four Sword but also provided an ("in-universe") explanation for why items appear in the over world of the various games of the series.
Today marks the 30th Year Anniversary of Spider-Man: The Animated Series. The 90s Animated Series was my introduction to Marvel's Web Slinger (among many other Marvel characters).
Today marks the 30th Year Anniversary of Sonic & Knuckles. "Lock-On Technology" was a rather cool concept for a video game, if you ask me. The "complete"/"true" version of the game (Sonic 3 & Knuckles) remains my favorite game in the franchise to this day.
Today marks the 20th Year Anniversary of the GBA DBZ video game, Buu's Fury. The 3rd game in the Legacy of Goku Trilogy is my favorite among the trilogy. It was also a cool surprise that this game was Janemba's debut in the United States.
Today marks the 20th Year Anniversary of Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends. The concept of a setting where imaginary friends come to life after being thought up is a concept I found intriguing.
Today marks the 20th Year Anniversary of the DCAU series, Justice League Unlimited. The biggest debate I tend to see regarding this series is whether one treats it and Justice League as separate shows or a single show (similar to the debate regarding Batman: The Animated Series and The New Batman Adventures).
Today marks the 20th Year Anniversary of Cartoon Network's "City Era". This era ties with the "Powerhouse Era" as my favorite era through out the channel's history.

Today marks the 40th Year Anniversary of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Franchise. While I had some of the toys and seen bits & pieces of the first 2 animated shows as a kid, the 2012 Series was the 1st installment I saw from start to end.
Today marks the 25th Year Anniversary of when the Original Game of the Super Smash Bros. Franchise was released in North America. It's quite surreal to see how far Nintendo's All-Star Battle Royale Franchise has come since its early days.
Today marks the 5th Year Anniversary of when the HD Double Pack of Final Fantasy X & X-2 was released on the Nintendo Switch in North America. It was nice to be able to play my favorite Final Fantasy game on a Nintendo system.

Everyone applause these two characters, for soon getting their own spin-off full animated series!!! (who would have expected a series with PB and Marceline anyway? I know they have an upcoming comic book series which will go well with)
Watched Toy Story 5 today. It felt like another awesome escapade for the characters, while also they taught an important lesson: it's ok to be different, especially if you still like to play with toys. Lily turned from an antagonist to a hero of the movie, because of realising exactly that.
