I'll see if I can engage a little more with this site. I've been thinking for a while of starting more threads aside from obituaries. One of which I'm doing right now.
Starting tomorrow, and not sure when I'll be back, I shall be on a road trip covering a number of places. Therefore, I may not be so active in the meantime (and I know I've been rather sporadic lately, but still).
Boston station WSBK-TV still airs an hour-long block of The Three Stooges on Sunday mornings (it's airing right now, in fact). "Slapstick comedy from Larry, Moe, Curly and occasionally Shemp."
Earlier today, Mark Evanier gave a much in-demand answer as to why Arlene was barely in Garfield and Friends. Simply, he didn't have many satisfactory ideas involving Arlene, further complicated by having an already sizable cast and a short length for each cartoon...
Today would have been the 100th birthday of animator/director Abe Levitow, best known as a member of the Chuck Jones unit at Warner Bros. and MGM. He also had stints with UPA and Richard Williams.
Is it possible for posts to end up on the wrong thread? Or would that just be due to carelessness? I noticed that happened with one of mine just moments ago, and remember a similar incident not long ago.
I've been reorganizing my room for a while now, and part of that is looking for things to get rid of. Much of which I thought I'd have a use for, but apparently don't (or at least not anymore), such as numerous books I got for free.

Something I've noticed about Popeye on MeTV's Saturday Morning Cartoons as of late- not only are there now 4 shorts instead of 3, they're mostly, if not entirely, ones from the 1950s. A decade that Warner Home Video has yet to tackle for the Sailor Man. Almost like it's a sign.
Organizing/sorting my Lego collection now that I've got most of it in one room. Don't know how long that will take.
I was big into collecting Lego from the late 90s to the mid-00s, not to mention some earlier sets from others. I've only sporadically gotten new Lego things since then.
And I have a lot of Lego Magazines/catalogs. Plus some misc. merchandise.
When I learned about latitude and longitude in school, I remember thinking about an island (or something?) located where the Equator meets the Prime Meridian (for story writing, that is).
Turns out Colonel Bleep was the first to come up with that very concept: Bloomberg - MapLab
Years ago, I got the Billy and the Boingers Bootleg book of Bloom County at a Goodwill store. Perhaps not surprisingly, it didn't come with the record single.
Just a few days ago, I bought that very single (along with 4 other ones).
