"Shorts used to be a guarantee before animated movies, most often from Pixar…but Disney’s kind of fallen away from the practice in recent years. Perhaps the tide is shifting back in: two new shorts were announced at Annecy, and at least one was confirmed to be appearing before a film.
When Hexed is released in November it will come attached with Lilo & Scratch, Stitch’s first return to the big screen since his 2002 debut (we aren’t counting that remake, sorry). The situation? Lilo has brought home a cat. Is Stitch okay with that? Blarck no! The feline and the alien get into a massive tussle that extends outside of the house and across the island, and it even involves lasers."
