General International TV Channels Thread

Wasn't Fuel TV part of Fox International Channels? Shortly after, Orange Romania had removed the Nat Geo channels and Baby TV as well.
It was. It was later acquired by FLUID Youth Culture and later another Portuguese company, FUEL TV is still managed by Portuguese yet still uses the FOX-era bumpers.

Fuel TV was about to launch in Italy in 2006, but at the last minute, plans were shelved for the male-focused FX channel, which had a very turbulent history.
So much, some original content intended for the Italian version had the Fuel TV logos

Later the channel had turned into a "premium" version of Fox in 2010, but that didn't work either, and the channel shut down in 2011, with its content moving to other Fox channels.

FX in Portugal launched as a channel for less mainstream series, mostly sci-fi, acid adult animation and dark content, later they added some reality/game shows (Solitary, Wipeout USA, Total Wipeout UK) and then, gradually, from 2013, adult animation (shows that never aired on FOX such as Archer (which was already there), The Goode Family etc were joined by mainline FOX cartoons which led to its replacement by FOX/STAR Comedy)

In Portugal, it and Fuel coexisted and still coexist, even though Disney owns the former and locals own the latter, what's great is that for some mad reason they still haven't bothered to make a rebrand and they still use FUEL TV's 2000s bumpers

So, let's add Fuel TV to channels that didn't make to Italy. Sci-Fi and Animax have more company now.

TV2 Hungary has affirmed that the replacement for Tenyek will be entitled as "TV2 Hirado/Hirek"
If it will be confirmed soon, then the big three's news programs will be similarly titled. Híradó (M1/Duna TV), RTL Híradó and TV2 Híradó.

Believe it or not, this is the first time (at least the first known for me) in Poland, a theatrical movie ("IF") premiered on TV on a terrestrial network (in this case TVN) rather than HBO (premium TV): Istoty Fantastyczne godziny emisji w telewizji, obsada, kiedy leci i gdzie obejrzeć, powtórki
Must be a world first. SIC and TVI barely air movies because cable channels stole lucrative movie rights from them, and only cater the elderly mostly.

There is a teaser video about it with a new studio (?).
I have checked the new teaser, and likely they use stock footage, so no sign for a new studio.
Also a better explication to the promo showcased, they are planning to recrute new anchors and reporters by the casting selection, meaning the development occuring related to the new TV2 Hirado has started.

Didn't know that M1 airs some programs only in Hungary:

The channel was a news channel since about 13 years ago, and no longer general entertainment. Why they air this infocard? I thought they have Duna World.

They should reconstruct the channels, since the new government has been elected, months ago.

Even in Hungary, in the former Youtube stream, there were some programs which were not broadcast. In continuities, only the promos were aired, ads were covered with a 2016-branding slide, and was never updated when the channel rebranded.

11 years ago actually. If a reconstruction on the Hungarian state media would begin soon, they should at least revert M1, M2 and Duna to what they were before 2015, bring back M3 as a linear TV channel (there was a lot criticism following the closure) and keep M4.

On my side M1 is the only Hungarian channel I have anymore. I remember having M2 and Duna too, but Digi removed them.

Orange has a special package with 23 Hungarian channels at 8 RON/month.

Pretty sure that the blocking doesn't happen to sports footage seen on RTP Mundo when it relays bulletins from RTP 1 and RTP Notícias.

Everyone applause these two characters, for soon getting their own spin-off full animated series!!! (who would have expected a series with PB and Marceline anyway? I know they have an upcoming comic book series which will go well with)

Watched Toy Story 5 today. It felt like another awesome escapade for the characters, while also they taught an important lesson: it's ok to be different, especially if you still like to play with toys. Lily turned from an antagonist to a hero of the movie, because of realising exactly that.
