I am sorry, but what anime again? And during Daylight savings time, we are 13 hours behind. TV Tokyo is the one you want for most anime however, just go over every channel and you should find it.

My life is rather uncomplicated so other than being bored at work I have no "problems". The whole jaded thing had everything to do with my reaction to the stupid moves TV networks make along with n00bs on message boards acting like well... n00bs.
I'm attempting to weed out the negative activities in my online life.
And now that we have an understanding. I'd really like you to format your posts in a more readable fasion. XD

Its creators didn’t expect it to make the final cut, let alone win, but they submitted it anyway to help ensure that there were enough entries to allow the maximum number of finalists. At the time it was an important move which resulted in it getting praised by animation enthusiasts, but I believe other movies were nominated later as well, which made its submission less... heroic.
