Everyone's favorite Pixar's franchise Cars will return with Cars 4 in cinemas again next summer. Plot is this: Lightning and his friends are now time traveling through time to save their world from apocalypse. They have to find 4 items that only existed in the past, because they are the only things that can save world from destruction. While time traveling, they will learn some stuff about history of cars and maybe even something... about themselves. And here is a promotional image:

Following the relaunch of Disney Jr. in the UK back in November 2025, Sky has announced that, thanks to testing on satellite, Disney Channel will relaunch in the UK on 1st June 2026. The channel's schedule will be consistent as Portugal, Belgium, Netherlands, Greece, Middle East and Africa, airing the exact same shows like Kiff, Big City Greens, Phineas and Ferb and Vamprina: Teenage Vampire. The channel will be available exclusively on Sky (both satellite and OTT) with the channel soon being available on Virgin Media in the summer.

There go my hopes of a Freeview license to cover Pop's loss.
 
Disney confirmed new Disney Channel Asia will air Disney Channel shows (like Big City Greens) and other acquisitions (like Mechamato, Badjelly, Pokémon Horizons and Yo-Kai Watch.

Disney Channel Asia is scheduled to relaunch, initially on Cignal on April 5, 2026 to coincide with Easter.

With DuckTales having been successfully rebooted a few years before, Disney Channel will reboot the other shows that aired on Disney Afternoon.
