I think I've answered this before, but the minor character Kirk from Futurama (specifically, from "The Cyber House Rules") has an obnoxious laugh that is so over-the-top in its cruelty that it becomes hilarious.

Kirk: Nice depth perception, one-eye! Ah ha ha ha!
Leela: How can you make fun of me, Kirk? You're blind!
Kirk: My eyes may not work, but at least I got two of them! AHH HAHAHAHAHA!!!!

Somehow, Mandark's laugh never gets old.

One of my favorite laughs is Tom Hanks as Woody in the first Toy Story:

BUZZ: You're mocking me, aren't you?

WOODY: Oh, no, no, no -- BUZZ LOOK, THERE'S AN ALIEN!!!

BUZZ: Where...?!

WOODY: BWA-HA-HAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH...OH-HO, OH-HO-HAAAAAAAA-HAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH :D

Archimedes, from Sword In The Stone. Nuff' said:D.

While it's lost its impact a bit, I still think Peter Griffin's Rhode Island accented laugh is funny. Especially when it comes out at inappropriate times:

"You know, Mike Tyson once beat up his wife. But there's nothing funny about that. (long pause) Hehehehehehehe...."

Courage the cowardly dog - His laugh after getting injured is really amusing (especially with the broken teeth and whatnot).

I have to second all of these, especially Courage and Mandark. And I'll add to that a few classics: Daffy Duck, Elmer Fudd, and Woody Woodpecker.

Krusty The Clown has a great and unique laugh. I love the episode where Bart spends his parents money on a Krusty hotline(while he's supposed to be watching Maggie, none the less) only to hear nothing but thirty solid seconds of Krusty's laugh.

Also, I'm quite fond of Dr. Hibbert's chuckle, especially when it comes at the most inappropriate time(which is almost always).

Peter Griffin...WORST. LAUGH. EVER.

Gotta say, I actually liked Tsuruya's laugh in The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.

Yeah, I love Peter Griffin's laugh. My brother and I use it often in conversation, though I like Stewie's hearty "Ha ha ha ha" laugh even more. Some probably find it annoying, but I love Spongebob's laugh, too. And I second Monterey Jack's mention of that laugh by Woody in Toy Story.

And this one cracks me up. It sounds like Bugs Bunny, but I figure it could also be another Looney Tunes character. Anybody know?

Pretty sure that's Daffy Duck. Although many characters done by Blanc have performed similar laughs, such as Porky Pig.

leo wong's laugh in teenage mutant leela hurdles
"you no fit in room you fit all around room" -insert laugh here-

Also when he's talking to Bo Peep earlier in the movie:

Bo Peep: What would you say if I get someone else to watch the sheep for me tonight?

Woody: Hehehehehe. Oh-ho yeah.

Brooke from One Piece has an amazing laugh.

YOOOOOHOHOHOHOHOOOOOOOO!

If Anyone Saw at the End of the Justice League Episode Injustice for All Part One with Joker Laughing That One Was Pretty Epic. I Mean It Got Deeper When It Started and Got Higher When It Finished.

The Best Part Was When The Injustice Gang Surronded the Defeated Batman and Joker was Dropping Rocks When He Started To Laugh.

That One Was the Best Laugh Ever. :)

I have another theory as for why Johnny Bravo is neglected by CN nowadays. Putting aside the basic concept, it's the retools that made the show chaotic.
I might be the only one who cares but why is Scooby Doo basically unavailable everywhere? Netflix has only Mystery Inc and the two James Gunn movies. Tubi has What's New and Where Are You. Meanwhile HBO Max has basically nothing. I've been itching to watch the classic Scooby Doo direct to video movies lately and they're nowhere to be found outside of purchasing them on sites like YouTube.
Last night started watching a new adult animated series, a Netflix original that is basically the succesor to Big Mouth.

What is so great? Despite being a 18+ show, they actually bothered to give it a Romanian dub :ack::eek:
