I must really be out of the cultural refrence loop since I only recongnized Poopsmith, Strong Mad and The King Of Town. I had sort of heard of some of the others but not really. Still nice to see them picking another Adult Swim related show to do a costume on. Heh maybe in a few years we'll see one of them wearing a Venture Brothers costume or something.

I actually thought the special was pretty good from the random gravyard behind the KOT's backyard, Strong Sad willing himself to death, Homestar thinking it was an amusement park ride, Storng Bad wanting to bring someone back who had a cool name, Coach Z and Bubs being supposedley related and Z still trying to hit on Bub's sister (like we'll ever see who she is) and the ending with the dance remix of the Goblin song and the KOT stealing the food items needed to bring back those from the dead.

This is a huge improvement over the past couple of Halloween specials, which I thought were pretty boring, to be honest. It's nice to see a Halloween special that didn't bore me this time.
