Rooster Fighter is based on a manga by Shu Sakuratani. The manga has received twelve volumes. The anime is scheduled to run for twelve episodes. The same show lineup from April continues for May 23 and 30 runs in the standard 12:00 AM – 4:00 AM slots.

At 12:00 AM, Rooster Fighter airs its final two episodes. It is scheduled to conclude on May 30. Taking its place will be My Adventures with Superman season 3 premiere on June 13.

At 12:30 AM, Dan Da Dan runs premieres of a second season of the hit supernatural romance anime. It is expected to conclude its 12 episode second season on June 20. Announcement of a replacement is unknown. A third season has been announced for Japan, but has yet to air.

At 1:00 AM, Blue Lock continues its soccer anime run. Barring any further marathons, the first 24 episode season will conclude July 25. The second season has received mixed reviews for its sports animation quality, but is a possibility for airing on Toonami.

At 1:30 AM, Tokyo Revengers time travel gang war continues to rage. Like Blue Lock, its first season will wrap up the same week. If a marathon occurs for July 4, their season finales will be pushed back to August 1. A second season has aired in Japan, but it is unknown how many seasons Toonami licensed. In recent weeks, several classic Toonami tracks such as the theme to Yu Yu Hakusho by Pelican City have aired during Tokyo Revengers and Blue Lock.

At 2:00 AM, One Piece wraps up the Zou saga on May 30. While One Piece has been removed several times for low ratings, this favorite of Toonami is likely to continue airing in June with the Marine Rookie Arc airing from June 13-27. Whole Cake Island is set to premiere either on July 4 or 11, depending on marathon decisions for 4th of July weekend.

At 2:30 AM, Ninja Kamui airs another run. A second and third season have been announced. Airdates have yet to be confirmed for new episodes, but the current run will wrap either on July 4 or 11 depending on marathons. Lazarus was at one point scheduled for another run in 2026. Toonami included Lazarus and Blue Exorcist in their latest Better Cartoon Show, implying both shows are likely to return soon. Lazarus would be reruns, but Blue Exorcist has one more Japan aired season to air on Toonami, the Blue Night Saga.

At 3:00 AM, My Adventures with Superman is wrapping up a rerun of season 2. The third season will premiere on June 13 at midnight, replacing Rooster Fighter. This slot will open up on June 13.

At 3:30 AM, Rooster Fighter airs encores of midnight dub premieres. The Japanese sub is exclusive to Hulu, unlike past Toonami original series that aired subbed encores at 3:00 AM.
