Young Justice Clip - Miss Martian and Aqualad's Surprise - YouTube - Clip #2 Dat Deathstroke beard..lol.

So Artemis, M'gann, Kaldur, Sportsmaster, and Cheshire enact their plans at the same time it seems. First clip had me slightly worried Kaldur wasn't cured yet, but the scene is probably just timestamped between April 9 and May 26.

Really looking forward to the (telepathic?) scene between all five of them.

That was an awesome clip. I figured saving Kaldur had something to do with Miss M fighting Cheshire, can't wait for the full episode. And Deathstroke looks awesome sans mask.

I think I'll be really disappointed if it ends with Artemis and Kaldur still undercover as villains though. I've been looking forward to scenes with the two of them reconnecting with loved ones and if they don't come back this episode I fear they won't until the penultimate scene in episode 20, with only like the last two minutes having a few dialogue pieces.

This is the episode I've been waiting for! I'm gonna be on pins and needles Saturday morning. Seeing Kaldur fixed gave me such a huge smile. Let's hope it lasts.

Unfortunately, I think that's going to be the case based on the clip. Artemis and Kaldur are going to luck out with Sportsmaster/Cheshire showing up, and it'll allow them to keep their cover. So I'm guessing episode 19 is the earliest we see them get out. And obviously by "weeks" they meant "months" in regards to Psimon unless he's already up and told Queen Bee what's going on, and they just don't care at the moment.

"You expect us to sit back and let you die? No. Artemis, begin." sounds like he's completely fixed to me.

I think his eyes are drawn to be more lively, too.

This is certainly the most interesting one.

It's obviously not the sub, with the windows and all. I'm betting they're inside some mental projection of the Crock home in Gotham.

And in other news, Miss Martian has decided she wanted to be Jesus for a bit, seriously look at her in that image.

Really looking forward to this episode, these three are probably my favorites at the moment and I am more invested in their storyline than the main one.

Something weird I just noticed is the picture with Deathstroke. At first I thought that he was unsheathing his sword, but the way his body is positioned with his left shoulder and the placement the the blade tells me it's unlikely that he's the one holding the hilt, especially with how long his sword is. Artemis and Cheshire are the only other ones with swords, and it doesn't look like the one Jade is wielding in the other picture.

Edit: Greg posted the premiere for "Complications". The mention of Artemis wanting to kill Tigress sadly assures me that the episode won't end with her leaving.

Yeah, and if Artemis had returned we would at least be guaranteed some sort of moment with Wally. If she stays, who know when Wally will appear, if ever.

I honestly don't see how Wally fits into anything, nor do I even see a reason for why he should show up. Especially as a hero. I mean, we know we're guaranteed more Impulse as he's piggybacking off of Blue Beetle -- who has one of the two big arcs of the season. We also know we're going to get at least one more episode with Barry in action according to the trailers we've seen. And it makes no sense for Wally to sit out the entire season and just help out at the end.

So it seems like Wally's last appearance as a hero on Young Justice will consist of him getting lapped, carried, and constantly mocked for an entire episode. Not the best of performances to end on, but it is what it is.

does anyone else think the finale might be an hourlong instead of 1/2 and hour?

As for the Deathsroke sword thing the sheath of the sword id facing him, its way too long to be the hilt of a sword. So if the sheath of the sword is facing him then its true what someone else said that someone else is drawing the sword.

Deathstroke likes a fair fight right? maybe he's offering up a weapong to someone in order to have that fair fight.
I'm just learning about Deathstroke and picked up my first Deathstrokecomic the other day, I had no idea he was old.
I've only seen him with the mask on and with this new long white ponytail thing I pictured him younger.

The last two or three episodes are probably going to dovetail into each other and we can watch it as the 'finale' in its entirety on DVD later this year.

Yup. He's an Korean and Vietnam War vet in the comics. Major or Lieutenant Colonel, I think, before he went on his own as an assassin for hire.

She's been around for longer than Bumblebee (and likely Mal Duncan), but it's not reflected in the size of her role, because while they've had speaking appearances in roughly half of the season 2 eps that have aired thus far, she's only spoken in "Happy New Year", "Beneath", "Before the Dawn" and "War".

She's been around for longer than Bumblebee (and likely Mal Duncan), but it's not reflected in the size of her role, because while they've had speaking appearances in roughly half of the season 2 eps that have aired thus far, she's only spoken in "Happy New Year", "Beneath", "Before the Dawn" and "War".

I don't see that as a problem. There's so many bat-characters running around anyway, not to mention Batgirl's had big roles in prior cartoons and has her own comic, so I'm not mad that other lesser known characters are getting some shine over her.

Agreed. Plus you have to consider that she's keeping up a secret identity, probably goes to school and has to deal with a Batmanless Gotham.

Blue Beetle, Impulse, Beast Boy, Lagoon Boy, Bumble Bee, all had starring roles at some point, and Tim/Batgirl are there for fanservice reasons.

I assume because the WW character stuff was cleared up, so they could finally use her in something so they put her in just to give the character airtime in something, anything.

For the heck of it. Just because a character is included it doesn't mean they need to be an actual character. It's best to focus on a few rather than all.

I have a similar issue with Robin III. He's had, what, three major appearances, and I still don't know jack about him.

Robin III is still green, but takes his responsibilities seriously. He doesn't seem to distance himself from those under his commands like some leaders would and relies on the strengths of his men to accomplish the mission.
