What Are You Reading?

I'm making my way through the final one-third of the last book in The Dark Tower series. I'm starting to lose some characters that have been with me for several months (and 6 volumes) of reading now. It saddens me, but also make me laugh a little at how attached we can become to fictional characters.

Spooky New England retold by S.E. Schlosser with illustrations by Paul G. Hoffman (it's my October/Halloween book). I'm also working my way through Showcase Presents Superman vol. 1 because someone suggested I try reading the crazy old '60s Superman stories.

I read that book this summer, and it was extremely intriging, and well written. Although, I read the abridged version, and it was hard to get into at times, but overall it was a very good book. Have fun!

I've been reading Eragon. Some ass who read it saw that I had the book and that guy told me this HUGE spoiler (two actually). Man, he's annoying (he thinks I'm his friend or something, luckily, I don't talk to him or see him that much).

Anyway, I'm enjoying it so far, even though that that ruined it a little for me, it's still enjoyable. But man, he's a jackass.

Another book I'm reading is Seabiscuit and for graphic novels, I'm reading Bone: The Great Cow Race. I also just finished The Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy.

Finally got around to sitting down with a book. Currently the book is Living Dead in Dallas by Charlaine Harris, which is the second in the Southern Vampire series.

I may reread Eragon before the movie comes out, too.
