I may have a feeling this could be a tv movie just like California Dreaming pilot one hour, since it wasn't picked up to a series though

According to instagram posted last July, the pilot "New to This Planet" hasn't been picked up to series. But since it's re-filming pilot.., I wonder if this could change.. we'll have to wait to see later on...

It had the "multi-cam sitcom" vibe though, from a clip I saw, meaning that the show was going to have a laugh track.

In other words, we all have to consider the possibility that staying true to herself may (I repeat: “may”) mean that the show may not get made at all. Just saying.

Interesting, we don't see Max that much in the comics, of course, He's Phoebe's best human friend, but the main focus really is Phoebe and Marigold, so it sounds like here they would be using him more like a classic 3-cast.
