I've just gotten into the Ultimate Spid-Man comic and have seen references to his battle with the Lizard but haven't seen it in any of the issues.....
...so...
when (or did) it ever happen?

ULTIMATE MARVEL TEAM-UP #10 is collected in the second TPB for the series, which collects #9-13. You could also get the HC, which collects the entire series while the TPBs skip issues.
