Normally I would point out that you didn't phrase that as a "True Or False" question. And I just did.

There are aliens out there somewhere. We may not contact them for thousands of years (if ever). Or they may already have started the process of taking over our planet [Republicans]. Or perhaps they will be a stepping stone in our path to galactic domination. Or all the aliens left our galaxy the minute they found out we were here.
Either way, there almost have to be such things as aliens. Carl Sagan said so.
