here in this image max montana and elmyra
^That image was posted back on page 12; we've all seen it by now.
And again, that doesn't prove anything conclusively. We don't know when that was drawn; that could be early concept art for all we know. Plus there hasn't been any press retracting or contradicting Cree Summer's tweet from earlier this year that Elmyra isn't going to be on TTL; early press for the show has since confirmed that.
Also why are some people now trying to prove that Montana Max is going to be included? No one ever said he wasn't. That aforementioned image is the first Montana Max anything that we've seen in regards to the new show. We should wait until we hear something official from Warner Bros. before we start making assumptions.
Well if she is, we know that Cree Summer won't be voicing her.So...does this mean that Elmyra is back in now? Or did Len Kiraly just draw her in there for fun?
Use her for what, exactly? Mary Melody was a blank slate with no personality who only showed up once in a blue moon. She had a funny name, but that was about it. If the producers were to give her a character and actually do something with her, then sure, but otherwise....Hey, we could also use Mary Melody, not just Elmyra and Monty.
Well yeah, the remakes on blue’s clues & you did great remaking episodes from the original series.I'd like this series to have occasional remakes of episodes from the original series.
Seems to me ether Cree Summers didn't know or had old information. Why did people take her word as fact anyway when we knew all the characters were getting new voice actors anyway?^That image was posted back on page 12; we've all seen it by now.

Probably Political correctness. They probably didn't want Babe to be burdened down with a "love interest" for Buster and wanted her to be own individual. There's a great movement to make women more than just for romance.Making Buster and Babs into siblings is gonna create a lot of incest jokes and memes. Even with it not being a continuation of the original series, the original series is what fans are gonna think of, and with the subtle romance and the "no relations" lines with those two.
But she had one of the littlest of romance plots of any female character I've ever seen. It was barely focused on.Probably Political correctness. They probably didn't want Babe to be burdened down with a "love interest" for Buster and wanted her to be own individual. There's a great movement to make women more than just for romance.

It's Summer not Summers, but yeah, until we hear something official from someone who's actually working on the show we can only speculate at this point.Seems to me ether Cree Summers didn't know or had old information. Why did people take her word as fact anyway when we knew all the characters were getting new voice actors anyway?
That idea makes no sense. Buster and Babs weren't involved on the original series. That was more in the fandom's head than it was on the screen. If they simply didn't want Babs to be about the ship all they'd have to do is not ship her. There's some other reason for this we don't know yet. But the idea that the reason is political correctness is laughable.Probably Political correctness. They probably didn't want Babe to be burdened down with a "love interest" for Buster and wanted her to be own individual. There's a great movement to make women more than just for romance.

To be fair, there was "Thirteensomething", where they were more explicitly a couple- they even kiss towards the end. But yeah most of the time they were friends/platonic.That idea makes no sense. I think they were a couple there to fit into the parody. Not because the idea was canon. To be fair, there was "Thirteensomething", where they were more explicitly a couple- they even kiss towards the end. But yeah most of the time they were friends/platonic.
And then it shows up again in the Christmas special and she explicitly calls Buster her "boyfriend".....give up, dude.I think they were a couple there to fit into the parody. Not because the idea was canon.
A woman can be in a relationship and still be an individual. Anyway, if this was it, they simply wouldn't have had Buster and Babs be together. They wouldn't have gone so far as to make them share DNA.Probably Political correctness. They probably didn't want Babe to be burdened down with a "love interest" for Buster and wanted her to be own individual. There's a great movement to make women more than just for romance.
