What the worst horribly flash animated cartoon you've ever seen? Here's my few examples:

Clang Invasion: This show make characters move like paper.

Johnny Test (Seasons 2-): Animation is so fluid between characters.

Fish Hooks: Just look at the character designs and how they move.

Ctrl-Alt-Del: The Animated Series: The animated is really flat and useless...

Warren Buffet's Secret Millionaires Club.

I can stand the animation being poor for a webseries, but the TV show's animation is just as horrid. Teach kids how to properly spend money, while apparently spending as little as possible on the show itself.

My Life Me. I saw a clip of it on YouTube and the characters moved like marionettes. The show in general was also unappealing.

Johnny Test takes the cake of badly animated flash animation. For the record. It looks like a poorly made internet cartoon(and I know that most artists who make web cartoons can do A MUCH better job than the people who made Johnny Test).

Do games count? If so, then my vote goes to anything by ZapDramatic. Though as Restupurae has proven, while the animation is atrociously cheap looking and the "stories" head-scratchingly bizarre, their "games" are at least fun to riff on, since they're unintentionally hilarious.

Arthur (season 16-present).
This is why 9 Story Entertainment ruined Arthur.

Arthur switched to Flash? That's depressing.

And nonsensical. Imagine if Mr. Rogers changed into a puppet midway through his run and the reruns mixed those episodes with the older ones.

Eliot Kid - though the animation and art style together actually look decent enough, EVERYTHING ELSE STINKS. Out Loud! Especially the concept (Seriously - a kid who gets into trouble because of his "imagination" to a point where his friends and family just want him dead?! NOT FUNNY NOR ENTERTAINING. AT ALL!) - good thing this show isn't popular where it originated. That simply means the US won't ever be subjected to it - and thank God everyday for that, IMHO!

Problem Solverz and Johnny Test comes to mind, kinda sad since when JT started it had a good animation till Cookie Jar took charge of the animation later on.

Also want to mention Mucha Lucha even tho one of the first flash animation still was really bad one, couldn't stand the way the characters move. Also El Chavo(the cartoon version of El Chavo del 8) if you think the animation of Johnny Test is bad, El Chavo takes the cake.

I know Matt might kill me for saying it but...

Mappy. The show litterally has no animation at all.

(watches an episode) Kinda reminds me of the very earliest Hanna Barbera TV shows which were basically just a string of poses, with no in-betweening at all.

The New Adventures of Nanoboy. Just one of the show's countless flaws is its incredibly stiff Flash work and godawful lip sync.

I've never been crazy about using Flash, but The Hub is probably the only channel that has really well done Flash animated shows that actually move pretty fluid and have decent cartoony expressions. I turned on Littlest Pet Shop one day just for the hell of it because people were saying it was better than it sounds, and it honestly is, both humor and animation wise.

I heard that PS was actually done by a different animated program called "Paper Rad" or something like that. Still is rather jarring compared to some other shows on CN, though.

^ Don't make this just a list thread. Explain your answers.

^ All those shows mentioned by Cartoon_Central are not just plagued with bad Flash; they're terribly written and directed, as well! None of them are as deceptively insultingly terrible/reprehensible as Eliot Kid is, though, IMHO - just vanilla-flavored no-merit fests of shame.

And now the worst one of them all: Puppy in My Pocket: Adventures in Pocketville

Watch 01:20-02:00 of the first episode and you'll immediately see that the animation is even worse than any of the shows you've mentioned. I wonder how cheap it is to make something like that.

Any cartoon made by Mondo TV, incluiding that one. Bcause the shows they make have overly perfunctory animation.

Okay hear me out, Isn't it kind of crazy how CN never thought about doing a Kids Next Door x Teen Titans OG crossover back in the 2000s? There's five members of Sector V, five titans, and they both have super cool HQs. I'm telling you guys, a TT and KND crossover would've been so epic!
Watched the live-action "Moana" today and felt nothing that special compared to the original 2016 film. In fact, I don't remember much from the first animated film, but I think they barely changed anything in the 2026 version
@Sam the Cartoonist is right, I've registered on this site two times and I've enjoyed it! :) I'd posted this back in 2016, over ten years ago!
