Disney Channel (and Disney XD at one time) renews its own shows ahead of their series premieres (unaware of the ratings they might bring), and Disney XD airs 4-5 new episodes of just one show in a single day (which I feel is more like a burn-off). The last time they did that: when it was called Toon Disney, it premiered multiple new House of Mouse episodes during Night of 1000 Toons back in 2002. Also, it has moved many of its more recent original animated shows to Disney Channel and has decided to air more older Disney cartoon shows, and, with Disney focusing more on its DisneyNOW app, many see that as indication that Disney XD will be shutting down.

Good riddance! It never made sense to separate cartoons from Disney Channel in the first place... This means they will finally take all the cartoons from xd and put them on the main channel!
yes yes disney xd is dead!!!.jpg

First of all, Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network have also renewed shows before they even premiere (e.g.: the 2012 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series). Production companies themselves have even been known to do it. It's just like when a movie studio says there will be a sequel before the first movie even comes out (I'm especially looking at you, Dreamworks, with your "first epic movie" of Captain Underpants). I will admit that with Disney (Disney Channel or not), this is especially a problem.

Second, Disney NOW is just one app for their three channels. It doesn't mean they're focusing more on that (necessarily), and while I don't think Disney XD will shut down, if anything, it should just rebrand, or maybe even merge back into the Disney Channel (and that would just be for starters, but anyway...). After all, Toon Disney / Jetix / Disney XD is really just a spinoff channel anyway.

And Norway's unbeaten streak over Brazil continues thanks to their 2-1 victory that led them qualified to the FIFA World Cup quarterfinals (second round, first round is the round of 16) tonight.
Those doing the pyramid burger on YouTube are doing it wrong. Let it cook until it's well done because I've seen people doing it and trying it before spitting it after realising that it's raw.
I have another theory as for why Johnny Bravo is neglected by CN nowadays. Putting aside the basic concept, it's the retools that made the show chaotic.
I might be the only one who cares but why is Scooby Doo basically unavailable everywhere? Netflix has only Mystery Inc and the two James Gunn movies. Tubi has What's New and Where Are You. Meanwhile HBO Max has basically nothing. I've been itching to watch the classic Scooby Doo direct to video movies lately and they're nowhere to be found outside of purchasing them on sites like YouTube.
Last night started watching a new adult animated series, a Netflix original that is basically the succesor to Big Mouth.

What is so great? Despite being a 18+ show, they actually bothered to give it a Romanian dub :ack::eek:
