Sailor Moon gone for a month?

Only time will tell what happens here. Odd things have been known to happen with the CN schedule. Just a few months ago Tenchi in Tokyo was replaced mid run with Zoids, only to return 2 weeks later. If I remember correctly while Zoids was on Toonami for those 2 weeks, Ed, Edd, and Eddy was in Zoids place.​

This is crap, I like Ed, Edd and Eddy, but I would rather watch Sailor Moon. This is the first time that I have actually sat down to watch the entire series and then this happens.

Wow this bites. I was really enjoying watching Sailor Moon from the start. I can't believe people are willing to watch garbage like Ed, Edd and Eddy over Sailor Moon which actully has a plot and interesting characters compared to the completely mindless and brain dead things that get shown on Ed, Edd and Eddy.

I agree but you know how it goes. Screw the fans it's all about ratings and money. So we'll be seeing the Ed's for a while I hate that show but again that's why I rent. And can say manga this why I like mangas over anime. I can afford them they tell more of the story and I can read then whenever I want.

I can't believe they'd do that. I was looking forward to seeing the DiC dubbed eps again. But oh well, I'm sure they'll bring it back sometime. I'm sure they won't forget the good ratings Sailor Moon got when it was new to Toonami way back when.

I've always hated Ed,Edd N Eddy that's why I don't watch it. I just think it sucks they didn't at least wait untill the scouts beat the villans they are figthing now and then air the Eds.

I don't like, don't hate Ed, Edd, & Eddy. It's a retarded show about idiots trying to get money. In that respect, Sealab 2021 is a retarded show about idiots, err, doing nothing. Just because I don't like it doesn't make it bad. If you hate anyone, hate the programmers who put the Eds in its place.

Not that I want to deny them their original programming, Dexter's Lab is great and PPG is good for a quick laugh, but it just seems like they're using them for filler instead of putting some effort in the schedule. Sort of like how MTV stopped being about music videos years ago.

OK, I admit that I like, no make that love, the Eds show on CN. I think it is one of the more unique shows on the network. My only complaint is that here, we had a show that has not been on CN for a while, that has a big fanbase as well as more than enough episodes not to get tired for a while, and what happens? CN pulls it in favor of yet more reruns of Cartoon Cartoons! (of course, Sheep in the Big City, which is not played out and I have not seen all of, was on before SM, and even that was replaced by JB, one of the worst CCs ever made, or at least in the Tingblad/Calaberas era) Why is CN as obsessed with the CCs as they were once upon a time (and slightly still are) with the mutt? I guess ratings really are all that matter to programming execs.

I hate to admit it, but I love Ed, Edd, and Eddy but to put it in the SM spot is not cool at all. I've never seen SM before and I was really enjoying seeing it (and seeing how much I'm like Sailor Jupiter ), and suddenly it's gone? Serious badness.

This isn't fair! I was watching and really enjoying Sailor Moon. I enjoy being pissed off at Serena for her antics. I enjoy watching the sexy Rei argue with Serena and flirt with Darien. I enjoy watching Ami, because I'm really turned on by those types of people. I enjoy the kick ass, flirt with everyone Lita. And I enjoy the constant flow of plans from the Negaverse.

Why am I denied this? Was I not a good little spider this year? I did everything I was asked by my parents. I made the honor roll this year in school. I am making efforts to find good wholesome girls to take as my girlfriends. What did I do to deserve this?

CN had better bring back SM in some capacity by September, or I will be a very angry spider....no offense to the Eds of course.

Just to clarify, I watched the Eds once and found the show to be pretty boring and all around uninterestng.
Guess this was a good week to have my work schedule changed. I wouldnt even have time to see SM anyway, but now I dont have to worry.

7-10-02---- More OnSailor Moon CN Schedule

Cartoon Network will not be showing Sailor Moon again until August 5th, which they will air Cherry Blossom Time. Sailor Moon has been replaced with Ed, Ed, and Eddie. For those that don't know, Cherry Blossom Time is Episode 5 of Season 2. This means Cartoon Network is skipping the last 17 episodes of Season 1 and the first 4 episodes of Season 2, then continuing with Season 2.

If Sailor Moon goes off the air in July, then it's off the air for good (or at least until sometime in the future... which is definitely indeterminable if you've known Sailor Moon's TV history).

I don't know why they'd take it off now.. perhaps terribly low ratings? Maybe they need to find a better timeslot for it?

Either way, I'd bank on Ed Edd and Eddy being there permanently for now.
