So, I'm reading the latest issue of Toyfare, namely Twisted Toyfare Theater, their hilarious comic strip traditionally made from MEGO figures. In this issue, Daredevil sues Ben Affleck for making "Daredevil" a horrible movie, after watching, er... listening to the Audio Description version of Daredevil.

Anyways, flipping through the issue, and there's a page article about Seth Green's Robot Chicken!

Apparently created from stop motion, with (I believe, could verily be wrong) action figures, the first episode features a frame-by-frame recreation of the Kill Bill trailer, but with Jesus fighting the Crazy 88 Rabbis. Also, thanks to Green's B-list celebrity status, he gets real actors on the show, like Ryan Seacrest voices himself in a American Idol parody.

Supposedly a stop-motion SNL, I'm really looking forward to this after seeing a Bruce Lee-decked Jesus surrounded by masked rabbis with swords. If Ultimate War taught us anything, Rabbis can be deadly.

Also, it's co-written by former writers of Twisted Toyfare Theatre. That in itself is very nice.

Sounds good, I'm a fan of practically anything Seth Green does, so I'll definitely watch this.

...

Nice extended version of the interview, but that "Probably Cut Sketch"... proves that horrible situations can be ridiculously funny.

The show sounds like it'll be kick ass!

They said in the interview that they got Scarlett Johansson to go on there! I'm even more hyped about it!

It looked even better as the interview went on, I think Seth Green's plans are great in terms of how the show will be organized. I like that "dark" thing too, that would sound neat.

Heh, sounds very cool. Interesting how they got the title though. I want to try this robot chicken sometime. :D

There will be a breakdancing Voltron?! I'm there!

I personally can't ***king wait for this show. Hopefully it won't (even though it probably will) get cancelled.

Nope it is Cartoon Network and Adult Swim where ratings are still important and they won't tell us anything for months. Of course, they may really have not decided VB's fate, but it is pretty annoying to watch an awesoem show when you don't know whether it will be renewed or not. Hopefully Seth will get some commitment rather quickly so we can all heave a sigh of relief (or disappointment if this turns out to suck)

action figures? toys you mean is that really animation?

Watched the live-action "Moana" today and felt nothing that special compared to the original 2016 film. In fact, I don't remember much from the first animated film, but I think they barely changed anything in the 2026 version
@Sam the Cartoonist is right, I've registered on this site two times and I've enjoyed it! :) I'd posted this back in 2016, over ten years ago!
