I've been working on a small fan fiction since 2006 = hint.

I might add the following characters and maybe draw it.
(Please note this project could be scrapped, their appearances could be minor or removed, and it may be pencil work.)

So if these questions could be answered...

Heroes

Plastic Man-
What is his origin?
What is his attitude to situations and beliefs?
What is his job?
Did he have that Plas face before the transformation?
Can he turn into any size or shape, basically like Martian Manhunter?
Why do his goggles shape-shift, what color are his eyes?
What are some characteristics of his costume and does he have toes?
Can he change color?- I recall him portraying rekoj in a JLA comic.
Optional-How could his story (origin/history) fit in the DCAU?
Who is Woozy and what's his story?
Anything else that should be noted?

Jack Ryder/The Creeper

What is his attitude and emotions to life- the Ryder/Creeper lifestyle?
How does he conduct himself?
Anything else that should be noted?

Agent Faraday

What do you know about this guy?
What is his role/job and how aware is he of earth's/government activities?

Supervillians

Giganta, Atomic Skull, Heatwave, and KG Beast-

What are the details on their powers and individual history?

Deadshot-

What's his attitude?
Does he ever miss?
How loyal is he?
How is he contacted for work?
How smart is he?
What are his weapons?
Anything else that should be noted?

Gorilla Grodd-

What is the range and details of his mind control?

.... it might help a lot.

Plastic Man:

Current origin is that former petty criminal Patrick "Eel" O'Brien was on a job in a chemical factory when he ran afoul of the fuzz. A stray police bullet punctured a nearby chemical container, bathing O'Brien in the substance. He escaped, but soon learned that exposure to the chemical had given him the ability to stretch himself into nearly any shape or form. With his newfound abilities, he decided to turn over a new leaf and walk the straight and narrow, as Plastic Man.

His attitude is to crack wise when at all possible.

At various points in his history, subject to revisions as a result of the various Crises, he served with both the FBI and All-Star Squadron in World War II, ran a security agency in Chicago, and devoted himself to spending time with his son, Luke, following an incident in which he was hurled back in time with the JLA and spent a thousand years as thousands of organic particles spread across the ocean floor, driving him temporarily insane but at the same time, proving him to be near-immortal.

Prior to his transformation, Patrick basically looked like Plas without the goggles.

Plastic Man can change color, but only small parts of himself (his nose, for example) and with immense effort. He can transform himself into just about any shape or form, but unlike J'onn, his skin and red costume will remain the same, i.e. if he turns into a vase, he'll be a skin-colored vase wearing a red costume, goggles and a spitcurl.

Woozy Winks is Plastic Man's friend and sidekick, and somehow obtained metahuman abilities that allowed him to age at the same deccelerated rate that Plas did.

As for the rest of your questions, here's some good resources that should have what you need:

DC Cosmic Teams
The Unofficial Guide to the DC Universe
Don Markstein's Toonopedia
The Justice League Watchtower
The World's Finest - Justice League Unlimited

Godspeed.

Also, J'onn seems to limit himself to shape-shifting into living forms, while Plas seems to prefer imitating inanimate objects. Plas also seem to have the ability to imitate the essence of the shape he takes. For example, while J'onn could probably make himself look like a fire extinguisher, you could actually use Plas to put out a fire.

As for the rest of the characters, good luck. DC has been anything but consistent on some of them, especailly The Creeper.

After checking some data....

Thanks for the info BCVM22 and The Weed Of Cri.

Questions (obviously):

Does Plas have-

a job?
a secret identity / does "everyone" know Plas = O'Brien?
a house and where is it?
a weakness and what is it?

How can his goggles and suit morph with him?
Why can he not mimic characters and is stuck with objects?

Where is a good picture of Woozy winks on the 'net?

1. I know at one point he owned and operated a security agency in Chicago; I know not if that's still accurate.

2. I don't believe he makes any particular effort to keep his abilities secret.

3. The last residence I can recall him living in was an apartment in an unidentified city with his son, Luke.

4. I don't know that he has a Kryptonite, to coin a phrase, but in the pages of JLA, the villainess Queen Bee injected him with a poison sting, causing him to lose form and reducing him to a barely-coherent blob for some time, and later, a White Martian heat-visioned him in half, requiring that he be stitched back together with Wonder Woman's lasso while he recovered.

5. I don't know how his goggles and suit morph with him, but he can't mimic other people precisely for that reason: whatever form he takes, his red suit changes with him. At one point, he was able to take the form of the Flash, albeit briefly, but only because the Flash's costume is chiefly red. It's difficult for him to hide himself inconspicuously, as a red vase with a yellow and black stripe and goggles tends to draw attention. He can work around this at times, however; on a particular undercover mission for the JLA that required Steel, Green Lantern (Kyle), Plastic Man, Barda and Orion to stake out a target in their civilian identities (or minus their usual battle outfits for Barda and Orion), Plastic Man briefly transformed himself into a rather slinky dress for Barda, which she didn't realize until she put "it" on. You can guess the chaos (and violence) that ensued.

6. Woozy Winks, is typically depicted as slightly below average height with varying amounts of hair, usually red or dark if there's enough to denote a color, and a large nose, often with a bow tie and sometimes with a close-brimmed hat. He's the individual on the right in this photo.

If you want some good Plastic Man material, issues of his recent solo title by Kyle Baker are available in trade paperback, as several volumes of JLA in which he serves as a core member of the League.

To 3. I was aware that he had a kid before you mentioned it, but I don't plan on using that information since it'd be for an older Plas.
To 4. Yeah, Steel was using his red color for camouflage against the other "bees'.

To 5. Barda's reaction was strangling him. She handled that well, good scene.
To 6. Thanks BCVM22 for the info and Woozy Winks image.

I have a few of those JLA issues and tpbs with Plas. I'd think I'd remember if he had a featured back story. Not sure of Kyle Baker's Plastic Man, but thanks for the tip anyway.

Additional Questions:
Notes:
JL: Blackest Night-
J'onn J'onzz could sense John Stewart's mind and locate him within the universe.

and

JLU: Task Force X to Destoyer--ish
J'onn couldn't read a guy's mind and didn't sense Legion members*.
*or am I mistaken?
How was Grodd able to mask the minds of the active Legion from J'onn and the JLU? Is his mental ability that powerful?

What are some details of Rick Flagg?
I checked

http://jl.toonzone.net/episode41/episode41.htm.

To add to the above:

Woozy was somehow granted what was called a "charmed" life in 40's comics---basically having Gladstone Gander-style luck. This eventually was ditched when Jack Cole (Plas' creator) made him as Plas' comedy-relief sidekick, with the only remnant apparently being having a slow aging process/long lifespan (a la Plas).

Plas' suit and goggles are also made out of rubber, and thus can shift shape with him.

We never see Plas without his goggles on (a la never seeing Beetle Bailey's eyes), thus no idea what color his eyes are.

Plas (least in the comics I read; who knows about the ones nowadays) doesn't make much use of his Eel O'Brien identity...

>>
Optional-How could his story (origin/history) fit in the DCAU?<<

Uh, pretty much as-is... Plas has been a somewhat-consistent part of DC's universe since a short-lived series in the 60's (and more frequent appearances starting in the late 70's)...

>>Giganta, Atomic Skull, Heatwave, and KG Beast-

What are the details on their powers and individual history?
<<

Giganta: Old Wonder Woman foe.

Heat Wave: Old Flash foe, uses heat-based weaponry.

-B.

Thanks Brainatra.

Subject to change situation for the story:

Plastic Man, Giganta, Atomic Skull, KGBeast, Deadshot, Gorilla Grodd have a good chance.

Woozy Winks, Rick Flagg have a maybe chance.

Agent Farady, Jack Ryder/The Creeper are low priority.

Questions (4th time !?!):

I plan to add some characters that are not part of the DCAU. Two of them are henchmen, another two are bounty hunter snipers/gunmen (that read right?), and one is not categorized/labeled. There might be a few others. I created them for this project.

Your opinion:
Would these new characters bother you? If the story contained a mature sequence (multiple gun shots most likely off panel and unhealthy responsive scenes) would you object?

Legal:
What is the legal matter of creating fan fiction with company characters? If I made the finished work available for internet view/download is that legal or illegal? What would be the risks or consequences for such an act?

Other:
Is it considered fan fiction if unknown characters (see above) are included?

And a repeat:
How was Grodd able to mask the minds of the active Legion from J'onn and the JLU? Is his mental ability that powerful?

What are some details of Rick Flagg?

If others want to answer my previous questions than do so, though it has become less of a concern.

You (BCVM22, The Weed Of Cri, & Brainatra) have been a big help.

As long as you post a disclaimer and don't make a profit it's fine. There are whole websites dedicated to fan fiction with company characters, so it's certainly not unheard of. So no risks, no consequences.

It's considered fan fiction even if you exclusively used company characters.

And a repeat:

J'onn wasn't looking for the Legion before 'To Another Shore' and had little intention of seeking them out when he left the JLU (he went to get in touch with humanity, not hunt down the Legion). Also, you could argue that Grodd's cloaking device could have shielded those within from detection.

The dirt on the post-Infinite Crisis Plastic Man can be found here and here, courtesy of DC Comics' 52 website.

Thanks S.C.B for the info and thanks Karkull for the links.

Little off topic...?
Who gathered the remains and activites of Brainiac/Luthor in Dived We Fall?

Was it the government, cadmus, or unknown group?

(Maybe a new addition to the story, or not.) What happened to Galatea after the Watchtower fight?

We don't know. We never saw either onscreen and therefore can't give you a concrete answer. We do know that Luthor was in police custody, or rather escaping from police custody, at the start of I Am Legion, so I guess you could conjecture that Cadmus or someone imprisoned him and ensured that he was completely separated from Brainiac after the events of Divided We Fall and eventually transferred him to police custody. Somewhere along the way, Grodd got ahold of the last piece of Brainiac.

Galatea wasn't seen or heard from in the final season. No way to know.

It is very conceivable to stop J'onn's abilities. The Thannagarians do it well, but of course they are advanced. We only have to look at Doomsday Sanction to see that the US govt found a way to shield Doomsday from J'onn. If Cadmus can do it, Grodd should be able to as well.

Weird made-up & off topic ...

Grodd,"OK, new members listen-up. You have to take your shots. These'll protect you from the thought-seeker Martian and keep you inline for my orders."

Metallo,"That's not going to work on me."

Grodd,"Luth... er I mean, go to room 12 for your upgrade."

Atomic Skull,"Will there be any side effects? Gerbils scare me."

Grodd raises left brow,"Oh you'll still be yourself. Though if you betray me, your head will pop-off and pez candy will dispense from your neck."

Toyman intrigued,"Really?"

Grodd,"No... the biggest complaint we have is Parasite's brain waves stuck on the all sports channels after head-bashing a girder. What's the score now?"

Parasite stares blankly at the back of Psycho Pirate's head, "10 to 25, Gotham leads."

Another question, when did the Legion start?

JLU Ultimatum had Giganta and Bizarro...
trying to "...break (Grodd?) her boyfriend out of jail."
I'd guess they were "early" Legion members even if they didn't have a mobile leader.

Another "your guess is about as good as anyone else's" question, I'm afraid.

According to Giganta (in Secret Society), Grodd turned her from a small ape into a size-changing human woman. She was likely freeing Grodd from prison out of loyalty to him. Bizarro was hired muscle; plenty strong, but none too bright.

At some point between Ultimatum and I Am Legion, Grodd managed to escape, saw the extent to which the League had expanded, thought of his small group of associated supervillains and said "Hey, not a bad idea there..." Therefore, you could place I Am Legion long enough after Ultimatum for Grodd to organize the Legion to the extent he did by the time he revealed it to Lex.

Thanks for the double-check on the Legion's history, BCVM22, even if it is a guess.

Grodd took over the Legion because Ultra-Humanite was holding out for more money so they hired the cheaper ape.

Made-up/Off topic

Then Grodd replaced Ultra-Humanite's opera channels with 24 hour showings of The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou. (I really didn't like that movie. Should drive U-H mad.)

I didn't enter it then but thanks for the response earlier HaagenDas.

Weird how Ultra-Humanite's gun/rifle looks like Grodd's.

Here's a fun article I wrote on why Ruby and Jade from Sofia The First are good characters.
Okay hear me out, Isn't it kind of crazy how CN never thought about doing a Kids Next Door x Teen Titans OG crossover back in the 2000s? There's five members of Sector V, five titans, and they both have super cool HQs. I'm telling you guys, a TT and KND crossover would've been so epic!
Watched the live-action "Moana" today and felt nothing that special compared to the original 2016 film. In fact, I don't remember much from the first animated film, but I think they barely changed anything in the 2026 version
