Schneider's defense seems to be "Every single terrible parent and producer never raised any objections to his creepiness so as not to get fired, so that makes it all right." No, it just makes those enablers crappy adults who don't care about children, or want what is best for them.
I agree with the title of Jeanette McCurdy's Memoir. The rot may start at the top, but it goes all the way down. All the writers, producers, directors and yes, PARENTS are complicit. The kidcoms should be banned. They are a breeding ground for predators like Schneider, and they STILL have zero oversight to them, even after all this. It's sickening.
