Do you think we'll see more of Batman's villans besides Joker? And do you think in the Bat-timeline that these events take place after the animated series because in a sense his costume is different (Taller ears in the crowl)?

i hope we dont see many of his villians

they had a nice run in BTAS/BTNBA but frankly none of them could properly challenge the league by themselves

we ALL saw what happened when Superman met batmans villians

Well... it might not be the TV series, but...

In next month's issue of Justice League Adventures (#6 on sale April 10th), you'll see over 40 super villains... and a good 8 or more are Bat-villains! How's that?

i think well see Poison Ivy next season

John Stewart-GL,

I watched BTAS for the first time the other night. I liked it a lot. I thought it was neat when Batman was looking for the Scarecrow, and they showed the Joker, Poison Ivy, and Two-Face in prison. That was a nice touch.

Check out the newspage (http://news.toonzone.net) and you should see some good news about that villainess showing up soon...

You can really tell how far behind I am--you've already seen the episode when it was first-run, right? What did you think of the Scarecrow? And how about Robin being shaky on that building (due to the chemical control, I think).

i thought that was a nice touch. And i always thought scarecrow was a great villian. I remeber watching a rerun of "Superfriends" were he manipulated batman. and i thought that was cool. Robin being shaky was a really nice touch(especially sense he once took risk with reckless abandon)

That makes me want to drool uncontrolably....thank you man...thank you so very much.. :D

I hope we don't see many Bat-villians in the series. They just won't work well. Batman can handle them on his own. If we do see them, I hope it's when they're locked up in arkham, while batman needs to get info out of Joker or somthing...

What about Ra's Al-Ghul?

Klarion the Witch Boy isn't strictly a Batman villain, but he did show up in that ep with Etrigan. I'd say any magical threat to the League could very well take them all out (therefore, they need Dr. Fate or Zatanna in there, too =8^). However, he's only mentioned purely as a technicality.

I think it's all in the writing, personally. Written well, I think JL vs. the Scarecrow could work.

I too hope that they limit Batman's villains in JL, though I do hope that some more of them show up in future seasons. But (and this is a big but) only the ones that could cause a problem for more than any two members of the League (including Batman).

So, out of all the Batman villains I'd say the ones that could pose the biggest threat to the league, or a large scale threat when teamed up with another villain would be:

The Joker (team-up)
The Riddler
The Scarecrow
Poison Ivy (team-up)
Ra's
and (maybe) Clayface (team-up)

Personally I'd love to see The Riddler take on the JL (and get a redesign :D ). Just thinking about the mind games he could play with the League. And I would love to see him outwitted by someone other than Batman, say Hawkgirl (to show her reportedly impressive deductive abilities) or Superman.

Ras A Ghul is the only Bat villain who could pose a threat to the JL.
