I started coming up with a "monster-collecting" parody called "Kaiju-Believe". Pokemon has so many shows that have the same genre, it's kinda all due for a parody of some sorts. I wanna do a whole show parodying the unspoken limits of it.

Many of the influences of the comic are Pokemon, all "collect-and-battle" copy shows (Medabots, Monster Rancher, Digimon, Yokai Watch...), .hack//, Terrain of Magical Expertise, Frog Raccoon Strawberry, Megaman.exe, Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo and much more. There's going to be a lot of pop culture references and outright random funny parts thrown into it because many of the characters are outright geeks and otakus that are huge fans of the "animation" and "video game" lifestyle.

Also, the medium is very versatilke so I often switch back and forth from going traditional (ink by hand and color in Photoshop) to straight digital (done in Sketchbook Pro and Photoshop). But as far as story structure and character development goes, what do you think?

Unfortunately, I don't have time to upload them here on the forums cuz I gotta go but reply and I'll get back later.

Glad I got you to watch Stranger Things.

If I may recommend more media for you to check out, here's a starter:

You've mentioned that haven't read the original TMNT comics from Mirage Studios. Well, this video by YouTuber "Soundout12" gives a decent roadmap for where to start:

dmxx116 really likes to wish for people not to return back to so and so because their films didn't do so well. I don't agree with everything he says, though I agree on that Jared Leto shouldn't play Skeletor.
I'm sorry but I disagree with what GRPHX said about the past five films with Daniel Craig as James Bond as well as the choice of Denis Villeneuve as director and Steven Knight as writer in the next film because I really doubt Villeneuve's take will be like the Craig films at all and besides, all of the stuff he mentioned happened before the Craig films such as Licence to Kill.
