If I'm remembering this correctly, Discovery Kids wasn't even in the Kids section of the Sky EPG, at some point at least.
At some very initial times , but it was definitely there: Sky EPG 617, if I remember correctly.

It was mostly an educational channel, with shoes such as Popular mechanics for kids

It also aired Just a Minute, by PIL Animation

However it was originally commissioned for Logi and was titled Logikon in Hebrew, but they did the same thing as Devine Quoi which had the Tiji mascots (Tijinou and Tijibelle, renamed Timothy and Annabelle in the dub)

Suddenly I sound like Moleoman, lol

Speaking about Decine Quoi... i remembered seeing that on Cyber Group website and saw TVB was on there (on the broadcasters section) (that makes me think TVB Jade would have aired it (in Cantonese), but in reality, they aired it (in English dubbing) on Pearl, instead of Jade).

It aired on Canal Panda in 2010 with localized names (Timóteo and Anabela)

I only had Tiji from 2014 to 2019, when I got it, the mascots had disappeared.

Does any British person know exactly when Kix rebranded in 2014?

On April 17, 2000, the channel “Десткий проект” (Children’s Project) began broadcasting. A year later, the channel was replaced by 7TV, then its slot was taken by FTA Disney, and now Sun is broadcasting there

On April 17, 2006, the test broadcast of Telenyanya began in North America for Russian-speaking migrants, and later the tests also began in Russia. The full launch took place in the summer of 2007. Telenyanya’s former slot is now occupied by Karusel, which inherited its programs, multicolored logo, promo style, and technical base.

Both channels belong to NMG, and NMG itself, in turn, is about 11% owned by Gazprom

Discovery Kids UK lol, they picked up a bunch of stock programming from studios like Moonscoop & Granada to fill their schedule with, it ended at 6PM which on Sky is pathetically laughable.

Although not dissimilar to CITV version 1 :D.

Discovery Kids timeshared with Discovery Wings BTW :-)

If I remember correctly, the expansion of a new relaunched Discovery Wings as D. Turbo caused the channel to cease transmissions.
Some D. Kids programmes would move to DMAX, but this would last only a very short amount of time.

I recall seeing Kenny the Shark at who-knows-when o'clock. The CITV Channel is the parallel to TFOU

The only DMAX to air Discovery Kids leftovers. Makes sense because it housed the only European feed of the channel.

Kenny The Shark and only very little else would make the move, and at morning, and again, for a very short time.
The rest would move initially online, then it would be lost.

At around the same time the French counterpart, Planète Juniors, would also shut down, leaving little room for an "educational" kids channel.

Dr. Dog moved to CITV where it was burnt off at 2PM until 2010

They could have acquired the Eureka back catalog, but then again, they thought the channel didn't make a profit.

It last aired here around 2007 (RTP 2)

Surprised to see that Super RTL aired many Disney TVA shows that had long since ended until DC Germany relaunched. Ik it was co-owned by Disney (unlike Family) but it still had other shows.

Yeah, when I first had it on cable in 2012, they had Fish Hooks (which was quickly removed), Phineas and Ferb, Kick Buttowski and a couple of live-action series. Mostly in the access to the 8:15pm slot.

I mean like DuckTales, which according to the Disney Wiki was reran until 2013/2014.

I almost forgot. Though I think the Disney shows disappeared at the very end of 2013 (or maybe October).

To celebrate the fact that I got three weeks off from work for rest, I watched today the latest installment in the separate Minions series of movies. What I loved was the unique logo variation of the Universal logo, which was akin to the plot taking place in the late 1800s

Nicktoons in the US has recently aired something that no one expected: an AI generated ad for an overpriced plush toy.
Not everything from DC and Marvel comics needs to be more like the adaptations.
Woah yeah today is my Birthday!
