Harry Potter 4 trailer

Also, for those on the West Coast, tonight on ABC, during the broadcast premiere of Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, there's going to be a few segments in which the stars discuss the making of the film.

BTW, in these segments, it is confirmed that the following pieces in the book will be in the film along with the three challenges:
-the attack at the Quidditch Cup tournament
-The brief period between the "naming of the champions" and the First Challenge in which Ron becomes extremely jealous of Harry (darn, I was hoping that part of the story would have been excluded from the film)
-The Yule Ball

You can also watch it at the official GoF site.

OH!!! Fabulous! Even though I know it's gonna suck, it looks great! I'm so excited! Of course, it could simply be my over-tiredness... probably is... also, this was the first time I saw the teaser poster, which looks eh, but is still kinda cool. (see that on the official site too.)

Sweetness!!! It looks awesome!!! Can't wait to see it now.

Nice teaser, looks really good. And November isn't that far away. :D

Ohhhhh I can't wait.

It looks so awesome.
(And it looks like the Yule Ball will be something amazing) Hermoine certainly cleans up well..... all the worse for Ron in this episode though.

I wonder if they're going to...
Keep in the scenes with Ginny. If they don't cut them, it'll be a hint as to what happens in the books later. After all, they can't cut out the only girl in the series that would make a good partner for Harry.

I've also gotta wonder:
What's Moody going to look like?

LOVELY!!!!

ABSOLUTLEY MARVELOUS!

I was seriously skeptical about this latest installment but the trailer was simply AWESOME.What a pleasant surprise!:anime:

Are they still talking about splitting HP4 into two movies due to overlength, or will it just be one movie? I hope to finally see this one in the theater, after seeing the first three only on DVD.

I would like all you Azkaban bashers to know that you're gonna HATE this movie.

Bashers of the book or of the movie? And if we didn't like movie 3, why exactly are we gonna hate movie 4, besides the whole trying to fit it into a 2.5 hour movie (if that) and the cutting/editing/removing of plot points? :p

You took the words right out of my mouth.

Hurrah. I plan to see it, though. Just because it's like watching a train wreck. That, and it can't be nearly as bad as movie 3. :p They did get a new director, right?

It's been condensed into one movie. Whether or not this will prove to be a mistake of course remains to be seen.

Call me a wuss, a pussy cat, or a softy, but the end of the Goblet of Fire brought tears to my eyes. I love that damn book and that teaser freakin nailed my own inner visualization of it to the last bag of every flavor beans. All the movies so far have been brilliant stuff and I can't wait for this one. :sad:The ending was so sad.... Seeing Cedric in the trailer, exactly as I imagined him in my head is just crazy. Hell, everyone is as I imagined them. YES! I can't wait to see Ron's reaction to Hermione's new look. Wooooooooooooo hooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!

It doesn't have to be exactly like the book. Heck, I've forgetten half the book anyway. I just love these characters and the actors have such talent. There could be no story and I'd have fun just watching them be themselves. They're such sports for sticking around for a fourth movie and possibly a fifth. :D

Yep. I know I will. And it sucks even more 'cause GoF is my favorite of the series. So yeah, I'm already prepared to be disappointed. =\

They did get a new director, right?
Yes (praise J.K!), Mike Newell is the director.

Actually there is some stuff that I wouldn't mind be cutting out. The Whole Spew incident was a waste of time and it wasn't even relative to the storyline the same thing goes for the Garp. If they include everything from the tri-wizard tournament than I'll be happy especially the Graveyard scene.

True. I cried too. Especially when Harry sees his parents come out of Voldemort's wand. And the hospital scene when Harry holds on to Mrs. Weasley and cries.:crying: :crying:

I also cried when Sirius died.:crying:

Babies.

Only kidding, I cried too. That had to be the saddest book of the series.

As to the movie, Hermione looks pretty damn fine in the Yule Ball scene. Of course that's the first thing I notice, but the effects look great too. I can't wait. The fact that I hate the new Dumbledore doesn't deter me.

Wow, the trailer looked excellent. The third book still remains my favorite, but the next two are really close behind. I'm so excited to see how this turns out. I was a bit disappointed with the third movie, though I still thought they did an excellent job. I can't wait to see how this one turns out.
