Goodfellas: Special Edition will sport a brand new 1.85 anamorphic transfer along with a Dolby Digital 5.1 track. Bonus materials on the two-disc set will include audio commentary with director Martin Scorsese and selected cast and crew members, a second "Cop and Crook" track with the real Henry Hill and US Attorney Edward McDonald (who played himself in the film). Additional extras include four new behind-the-scenes documentaries (Getting Made, The Workaday Gangster, The Goodfellas Legacy and Paper is Cheaper Than Film) and theatrical trailers. Retail is $26.99. Also available on the same day are the debuts of After Hours, Alice Doesn't Live Here Any More, Who's That Knocking At My Door? and a reissue of Mean Streets.
