I've been watching this unfold since yesterday morning and it's all rather epic! I think a lot of Bleach fans are going over the top about it, but hey, what's what fandom does. *shrugs*

What bugs me is the disturbing amount of people who don't seem to see anything WRONG with it. I mean, it's not the worst thing in the world but to have so many people sit there and say "oh it's different enough, I can't see how he could have traced it" and so on and so forth just kinda makes me wonder how dumb and unperceptive humanity has gotten...

Also makes me wonder if it's even worth it to be a good artist if a good chunk of your readers can't tell your stuff from scribbles on a wall.

That alucard guy is basically a fusion of Ulquiorra and Alucard, theres another guy who is obvious Crocodile trom One Piece, this thing takes things from Yu-Gi-Oh!, Bleach, Hellsing, Vampire Hunter D, NANA, Dogs: Bullets & Carnage, Deadman Wonderland, Fullmetal Alchemist, One Piece... and thats just whats been discovered.

There is literaly not a shred of originality anywhere with this guy.

When your father is Gene Simmons, what originality can you have? And where is there Yugioh?

The saddest part of that Facebook ranting are his not-so-veiled threats to go after people for slander, as if the people criticizing him or even Facebook itself bear any blame. It is slander to denigrate another person with patently false, invented allegations. It is not slander to notice an accusation--supported with visual evidence that is not false, so far as we know--and decide that you believe it. On the 1% chance Simmons was actually wronged, his grievance would surely only be against whoever originally made the accusation. His vindictiveness is almost beyond parody.

Wow, copying Bleach? Really? I find Bleach's art to be boring for the most part, with the exception of one or two things, but theft is theft no matter how I look at it.

It's great to see the internet own some guy who thinks he can make a quick buck by being the son of someone famous and blatantly stealing from manga. Now his whole plan has more than backfired on him. Good job, internet!

Seeing him lie about the obviously copied art and about him never reading a manga is irritating, especially when the evidence is right there to prove it.

Either way I'll doubt anything major will happen to him, why? Because hes the son of Gene Simmons. And because of that the most he'll probably get is his book canceled and a slap on the wrist. When you're rich and famous you can get away with a lot of things, just ask Nick Hogan. Look I know you can't compare these two situations, his was much worse than this but you see what I mean. That's a whole other subject in itself though.

Should it have been any of us caught doing this on here it would be a whole different story.

Yeah, a good point in all this is that in various interviews, Gene Simmons is proud of the fact that he hasn't raised his kids to be the usual Hollywood brats, and if anyone would be dismayed to hear about Nick's actions, it would be his father. That said, I imagine that if this does get back to Gene, Nick will be putting out a mea culpa in short order.

It's one thing to trace and suffer a couple of flames from getting caught, but to have the gall to go out there and PUBLISH the thing is a whole different ballpark . On top of that, you happen to be a semi famous person.

Well being the son a celebrity kinda helped in that part, also he work on some pages on a comic where his dad appears so that might caught the publishers attention to give him his own comic.

Looking most of the pages of the comic it just have brainless fights with gore and all that crap, making it worst is that how he draws the girl! Aside of being a character of Bleach it looks like it come up from a freaky fan girl/boy making the girl a damsel in distress only exaggerating to the extreme.
