Finding loopholes in the Bat-Embargo

Yesterday, I posed myself a question. A very simple question. And that question was: “What characters from the batman comics can be adapted into the JLU without the Bat-embargo?” And so, me being me, and considering the abilities a person such as myself has, I decided to answer that question.


here’s what sprung to mind:

• roxy rocket; she could prolly flirt with one of the less stoic members of the team, like the flash. casually comics sez she makes a good foil for hal “hot mess” jordan if one expands past the DCAU’s spoonful of notable non-cameo lanterns
  
  
• stephanie brown (spoiler); she’ll probably play a quick role as one of batman’s newer recruits, mebbe you can even have a scene where she’s training with bruce in the cave, which is why he doesn’t have time to do league stuff (there’s no law against mentioning batman rogues since batman mentions the penguin in an episode, so maybe batman says he found her spoiling idunno, the riddler’s plans)
  
  
• the outsiders; they can probably be extensions to the league, or a separate team inspired by the league
  
  
• cassandra cain; this one’s a bit of a doozy, but ifeel she can show up, she just isn’t allowed to be batgirl considering that role’s taken on both terms of the meta; mebbe she might take up katana’s mantle instead (her design’s also a sticking point, considering they can prolly just reuse their “Annie” design for her like how they reused the black-canary-hooker’s design)

if anyone has any more bat-characters that could’ve appeared on the bat-embargo’d JLU, bump me
