I love Piccolo and Krillin but I love Yamcha ten times more. 1000 more times then Vegeta.

He may not be the strongest, but he's still the coolest. My favorite is Piccolo of course. Vejita is right behind him though, and so is Krillin.

I've always been partial to Person Man (Krillin. Dang those AMVs!). I like characters that can get their arses whooped once in a while.

Yamcha's in the lead. What is the world coming to?!! The Saiyans and Piccolo usually blow the other characters away in these polls.
Vegeta, Goku, and Gohan are usually the most popular. Oh well, I guess it just depends on where you are when you ask the question.

I just downloaded that AMV(DBZ to particle man in case someone doesn't know) two days ago. I can't stop watching it, its one of the best DBZ ones i've seen in a while. I even have the song stuck in my head. So for that, I will also vote for person man.

My theory on Yamcha's popularity is that he's the most normal one out of the Z-Fighters when you think about it.

-Goku is a saiyan
-Vegeta is a saiyan
-Gohan is a half saiyan
-Goten is a half saiyan
-Trunks is a half saiyan
-Piccolo is a Namekian, a former guardian of the Earth, AND a demon
-Krillin counts as a human...but he still doesn't have a nose
-Tien counts as a human...but he still has a third eye
-As for Chioutzu...I don't know what he's supposed to be

Yamcha has nothing abnormal about him...except for a couple of scars, but that's all. He is able to appeal to a wide range of people with his normalness. Look at his current position on DBZ. He is currently overshadowed by all of the strong fighters now...but he is indifferent about it. Its no chip off of his shoulder. Yamcha represents the people who really don't care about being better than everyone else, and is happy with themselves. Society likes people like that, and I'm not suprised one bit that people like Yamcha. Its not whether he's a good fighter or not, he's just an average person and that's what makes him appealing.

But that's just my opinion...

When I saw Yamcha was in the lead I nearly fell out of my chair . But those are good thoughts DS. I, naturally, voted for Trunks, though Vegeta is my second favorite. (Like son, like father )

I think Goku is my favorite, just because he is such a carefree guy, and is just so childish. He is awesome, although I am quite fond of Gohan, partially because he is such a dork, but then I really like Goten, because he is adorable. But I also like Tien, there just isn't enough three-eyed guys, and chiatzou is packs a lot punch for the little guy. But I like Chichi alot too... Ok I am going to stop because I pretty much love 'em all.

krillin. hands down. he's funny, strong and courageous. he's also aware of his potential. he knows when he'll lose, but he gives %100. plus he's the coolest dresser.
