Broadcast Order: Season 10, Episode 11
Production Order: Season 9, Episode 6

Writer: Cherry Chevapravatdumrong
Director: Bob Bowen

A new episode airs tonight at 9 PM Eastern. Here is the synopsis:

Brian gets a blind girlfriend who hates dogs.

Ugh, I hope that this episode will be good, but I'm not too hopeful. Brian's dating plots have been really abysmal lately.

The synopsis reminds me of the depressing (well, to me) Tiny Toons short "K9 Kitty", where Furrball was adopted by a near-sighted couple who hated cats, and thus acted like a dog for their short-lived affection.

Man, those Furrball episodes left me miserable. Anyway, given that Brian is the (sometimes deserving) sentient punchbag on the show, he'll have a real unhappy ending here.

I already knew Chevapravatdumrong wrote this as soon as it started with the Asian jokes.

Is the new character who works with Peter voiced by Marlee Matlin?

Also does Chris sound weird to anyone else?

Peter falling down the stairs was actually kinda funny.

Oh wow like that Japanese joke hasn't been done 5 million times.

I'll bet Peter slips one more time.
EDIT: After that one time.

I don't know if Brian is being cleaver or pathetic.

And I got laughs out of the alternate Titanic and Brian beating up imaginary thugs.

So, not that bad. Not overboard with blind jokes, or at least predictable ones, and it wasn't as bitter an ending as past 'Brian dates jerkily' episodes. But like many, I'm getting tired of these 'Flawed Girl For Brian' routines. It's time to find another character like Jillian who'll stick around for more than one ep. Or at least, make Brian respectable again. Oh, and the Peter vs. stairs subplot was dull.

i got alot laughs when peter fell down stars XD
Some Of Jokes On It Were Pretty Funny 8/10

Hilarious episode :anime:
My favorite parts are anime joke,Peter farting,Peter fell down stars,Easily startled wallpaper,The Titanic scene, and the True Blood scene XD

Maybe due to how unfunny the shows before it were but Family Guy was actually funny tonight.

I was wondering the same thing. And I didn't look at the credits.

When I saw the commercials, I predicted that Brian would be hiding the fact that he's a dog from his girlfriend (though this seems to be the first time that would have been an issue). And her reason for breaking up with Brian was predictable to me.

I like the cut-away gag with the turtle and Quaigmire.

Peter's subplot with the stairs was very funny. I was hoping they'd reference the "baker films" from Sesame Street here (though they have referenced those segments twice on the show).

For a Family Guy episode, it was same-old same-old. For a Chevapravatdumrong episode, though, it was her best one yet, in the sense that I didn't leave insulted.

I just bet she was hired solely due to her having the best name in the entire world. I mean, heck, I'd hire someone with a name like that.

Awesome/hilarious episode,

The highlights:
Another "Brian dating" episode, sweet.
The Japanese joke with the octopus/anime school girl, hahahahaha. It reminded me of Phineas & Ferb doing that crazy/hilarious Japanese anime joke, hehehe.
The roof/house killing Meg, the Meg bashing scenes continue, sweet.
I'll miss Opie, he's my favorite hilarious character, but he'll might come back.
Stella smelling Peter's farts and the way Peter farts, hahahahahaha.
The Glen and the turtle cutaway, hehehe.
Lois hating her female co-workers.
Peter falling down the stairs three times was super hilarious, hahahahahahaha:D:p:D, stairs are always evil, and it's more funnier than Homer falling down the
stairs.
Peter/Hispanic lady worker gag, hahahahaha.
Brian dating Kate the hot blind chick.
The "hooker" chick, hehehe.
The Alternate Titanic joke, hahahahaha.
Uh-oh, Kate is a dog hater like Eustace Bagge, poor Brian.
The psycho chick with dog killing her poor boyfriend joke, hahahahahaha:D:p.
The Stewie/Batman joke.
Brian beating up imaginary thugs and getting beat up by Kate, hahahahahaha.
The easily startled wallpaper, hahahahahaha.
Pillow Armored Peter and falling down the stairs the fourth time, hahahahahahaha.
Joe getting hunged up, hehehe.
Cool idea for Brian to get bandaged up on meeting Kate's parents.
Stewie cutting off poor Brian's tail, burning it, and wanting to give him a shot, hahahahahahaha:D:p.
Poor Brian having to tell Kate the truth.
Kate bumping into the wall, going out of the emergency exit, and to the dangerous road, hahahahahahaha.
Brian using a Glen Quagmire-like voice and his face from the closing iris, hahahahaha.
Poor Brian will one day find a decent woman in the future or maybe Jillian again.
I don't mind the "Flawed Girl For Brian" routines, they get interesting/funny though.

Actually, I thought they got the idea from ALF where he had a blind friend who didn't know that he was an alien, but that's just my opinion.

The roof/house killing Meg, sweet.

Well, I don't know about that. At least the part where Lois was ignoring that to focus on the stairs. I thought they were stepping away from Meg bashing. They may still be doing that. I think they're just going with however the joke works.

Peter falling down the stairs was hilarious, especially that last time. Amazing episode!
