They probably want numbers on par with Phineas And Ferb, Big City Greens, or Kiff

Not just that. They also need to bring international profit and Primos was radioactive on that front.

Compared to Nick and CN, Disney Channel performs better. There's plenty of reruns that received higher than 100k viewers and it seems like movies bring in a lot of views (as we expect).
