i can only assume that its liked ironically and yeah the show is pretty stupid and not in a so bad its good way but more so an irritable way. so really beyond a few decent episodes its not gonna hold up well at all. History will not look back kindly on TTG.
Just accept that unironic fans of the show exist and leave it at that. Whether or not they will like it in the future doesn't matter for now. Your feelings toward the show aren't the same as everyone else's, nor does it have to be. I'm not sure why this is such a hard concept to grasp.
Not one show on CN has ever aired as frequently as TTG. Not even Johnny Test aired this much. Honestly when it came to other shows back before TTG showed up, they only had marathons for particular occasions. And to make this clear to you to make sure it goes through to you. Just because the schedule isnt giving you physical pain doesnt make this any less disastrous. Saying "its not the worst thing ever" is in no way an excuse for this travesty. this isnt stuff you can just shrug off and act as if "its no big deal". This will indeed do legit harm for the network as a whole if they keep this up. If you actually did care about the network you would be just as concerned as everyone else because they dont want to see the network fail. They want it to improve, just because they have valid complaints that need to be addressed doesnt equate to "pure hate" as you put it. Try looking at it from their perspective for those who were looking forward to the traditional holiday specials they would usually air. Its like you dont even have any remorse for the network if your're gonna constantly complain about the people complaining about the schedule
If you actually looked at what I did post today, you'll note that I do constantly express genuine concern for the network, have hope this will be disastrous to the point where they'd have to break it midway through, and even encouraged people to send them constructive criticism in letters or e-mail.
And also, when I refer to "pure hate", I'm not referring to everyone who's criticizing them (because some of those people, like the majority of users here, do bring up good arguments) - I'm referring to those who are being straight-up unreasonable like outright demand they cancel TTG right then and there, asking Christina Miller to die in a hole, or basically saying the
entire company is ruined because of what is essentially just a portion of what they do, no matter how terrible it actually gets.
Yes, the schedule is indeed terrible and merits criticism and even some complaining to the network. But there are definitely a lot of people who seem to literally think the live schedule is all that matter; no matter how you slice it, it really isn't. Maybe I did underestimate it's importance in the past, but it's still not all CN has to speak of.
its the best description honestly. Im not saying they arent allowed to like it but Its already shown that kids are getting sick of the show already evolving tastes. Even those that do like the show cant deny its done more harm than good.
It's obvious that even if TTG never did exist, they would've done the exact same thing to a different show put in a similar position. So, I don't think TTG is even to blame for this.
