I thought that this episode was pretty good. Using dream magic on a person who doesn't even sleep wasn't the smartest move, but I thought that Setsuna's reaction was rather telling. She claimed that she isn't weak to rely on dreams, but she was clearly sad over not having any dreams herself, which implies that at least part of her serious demeanor is a way for her to cover up her true feelings.

Even though the rest of the group was knocked out with some dreams mixed up, there was still some interesting setup. Miroku dropped off Takechiyo, so they're connected somehow. Moroha apparently has some memories from being a baby where Kagome had to give her away before something happened to her and Inuyasha. It was also a nice detail to show that the shell where Moroha keeps her Rainbow Pearl is the same one that Kagome gave to her. Towa seemed to be at the Tree of Ages again as well.

The action was pretty good. I thought that Setsuna would be the one to take out the demon, but Moroha figured out Towa's powers and that made all of the difference. Seeing the demon turn to dust afterwards was pretty brutal. Riku came off as rather mysterious and he took the Rainbow Pearl before the others even noticed it. Overall, it was a pretty good episode.
