Batman Versus Penguin in Batman Adventures #13!

I just read the new soliciation information at http://comics.toonzone.net and I am so excited about Batman Adventures #13! We are finally gonna see Penguin and Batman come face to face. I love how the series has been dangling this plotline in front of us for awhile, and now they're letting us grab onto it! Here is the really nice looking cover art!

Do the creators have anything to say about this issue? I can't believe the series is moving along so quickly!

The only thing I can say about this right now is I really dig this cover. Both the artwork and the colors look fantastic!

I think the cover looks so awsome,toooo!! About time they finally had the BA comic issue where Batman & that dumb beak brian FACE OFF!!! I'll bet in the series whole penguin was mayor that he did alot bad & illegal things & Batman or someone is gonna kick him out of office & expose him. At least thats what I think. I hope the issue is going to go that way, where Penguin is goona be,about time,kicked out of political office.

I won't be suprised if the creative team of BA decides that penguin is still gonna be mayor for next few BA issues or is gonna be mayor of Gotham City for the rest of the BA series or that penguin is gonna be thorwn out of office finally.That would be crazy if he were mayor of Gotham City for the rest of the BA series. Etheir one of those ways, I won't be suprised.

I can't wait! I dont care what happens i just want it to happen! I want alfred to come in and kick Penguin's ... well you know, i dont think you can miss it. Harvey Bullock might be there too... oo this will be awsome. If its by Dan and Ty it will be awsome! What about the side story? Is there one? Is Ty or Dan snuffed out in this issue? ahhh i need this issue now!

It's a question of scheduling that the follow up to our favorite plant lady didn't appear in the first year, but she's TOP of the list of stuff we're getting to in our second year. Dan and I have already plotted the return of Ivy issue, and once we know which issue it falls on we'll know whether or not Dan or I script the lead.

But don't worry, we have specific and definite plans for Pam. She's not forgotten at all. We've just been tossing out so many threads, twists and turns there's hardly enough space in just one book a month to catch up with everyone.

Penguin as Mayor! Riddler as millionaire! Ra's in PRISON with Talia on the loose! Where's Nightwing? What's Phatasm up to? Who the @#($*& is the Red Hood?!?

There's so much to pick up and play with around Gotham nowadays.

whwn i first read your reply ty i almost had a heart attack. I forgot pam was ivy and I thought you were refering to a new writter and i almost died! No more guest writters, cept for the guy whose writting the freeze story i liked him. But now i remember and my heart is in perfect condition.

I am so curious about her evolution. This is an amazing plot for the charakter.
And it makes her even intresting for non Ivy fans.

Wow, so many cool stuff to come.
Phantasm, Talia and Ra's are some of my favoriet charakters.
And also the Red Hood thing is very interesting(Joker or not? related to Joker?...)
