Ask A FUNimation Rep!

Will the episodes shown at AWA be uncut or the TV broadcast versions?

EDIT: Hey, Lance tell the guys behind the new One Piece site great work. Also, do you think you'll be able to use Zoro on the website? ^_^

I have two questions, plus one statement:

1. Spider Riders eventually ended up being cancelled on Kids' WB. Will Funimation release the entire series?

2. What is Funimation's opinion of the Witchblade ad which appears to contain "too much information" (if you know what I mean)?

And now for my statement. In regards to your One Piece dub, I really should ignore until it is redubbed from the beginning. However, considering that the show is still in production in Japan, among other things, I've decided to "play it your way" for now. Besides, I don't want to seem ungrateful. After all, "don't look a gift horse in the mouth" as they say. I can only hope you won't make the same mistakes as 4Kids did (which I hear includes, but might not be limited to, repainting a black pirate character white, and even skipping an entire story arc). They say the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence. I actually hope, Mr. Funimation rep, that the grass is greener on your side of the fence.

EDIT: Whoops, my bad. It was the other way around with the pirate character.

Maybe now this is a good time to ask this question, Will Funimation be stepping in and take a shot at saving some of the Doomed never to be released at this point Geneon Titles?

Great job on the One Piece dub for you guys over at FUNimation. :) Looking forward to future episodes. :)

Hi.I was just wondering if funi had any plans to license the live action mushi-shi movie at some stage.

Also please consider picking up Initial d fourth stage if possible.:D

p.s great job on One Piece

Not to keep pressuring, but do guys have any idea when the new One Piece site will be finished? The new dub has already been on for a month, so I'm just wondering...

Yes?

Maybe?

I'm confused.
Lance...you're starting to sound like my ex-girlfriend. For the love of God, cut it out. :(

Lance, in regards to One Piece in Canada, please refer to my sig. :)

Make sure Toei understands that we're in a "different" situation, especially in regards to how the 4Kids dub was received. XD

It could come back on YTV from scratch. However, wouldn't White Water end up dubbing it to meet CRTC guidelines?

Lance,

In regards to Starz getting the right to air Full Metal Alchemist: The Conqueror of Shambala on their Edge channel: did Adult Swim receive an offer to air it? If they were given a chance to air it, did they turn it down? It just seems weird that the movie would not air on Adult Swim. It's common knowledge by now that Starz airs anime series and movies off and on, but it's odd that the one movie that's connected to a series that has aired on Adult Swim, with the exception of the Neon Genesis Evangelion films, would be aired on Starz instead. Any insight into this you can give us would be appreciated. Visiting the forums more often and giving us any information would also be appreciated.:D I'll let Dark Fact have at you.:D

Starz Media has the distribution rights to the two Evangelion films from their ownership of Manga entertainment

Speaking of Fullmetal Alchemist, have any of the OVA's been picked up?

And Norway's unbeaten streak over Brazil continues thanks to their 2-1 victory that led them qualified to the FIFA World Cup quarterfinals (second round, first round is the round of 16) tonight.
Those doing the pyramid burger on YouTube are doing it wrong. Let it cook until it's well done because I've seen people doing it and trying it before spitting it after realising that it's raw.
I have another theory as for why Johnny Bravo is neglected by CN nowadays. Putting aside the basic concept, it's the retools that made the show chaotic.
I might be the only one who cares but why is Scooby Doo basically unavailable everywhere? Netflix has only Mystery Inc and the two James Gunn movies. Tubi has What's New and Where Are You. Meanwhile HBO Max has basically nothing. I've been itching to watch the classic Scooby Doo direct to video movies lately and they're nowhere to be found outside of purchasing them on sites like YouTube.
Last night started watching a new adult animated series, a Netflix original that is basically the succesor to Big Mouth.

What is so great? Despite being a 18+ show, they actually bothered to give it a Romanian dub :ack::eek:
