Aquaman and Friends action hour

This show was supposed to be the endgame to those dancing Aquaman bumpers, but it never aired in the US. It did air overseas and I have seen clips (but no full episodes), anyone know why it never made it over here?

It was made exclusively for Latin America, and had no connection to Aquaman Dance Party.

At one point it was available online in full. I remember watching it. There were appearances by Carl from aqua teen hunger force. Most of the jokes were about Aquaman hosting a failed children’s TV show.
