Episode 6
"The Thing About Bodal"

Airs at 11:30 a.m. ET

On the last episode of Chaotic, Kaz found himself in a battle gear match with Klay. Early on Klay dominated, but Kaz pulled out his equipment wild card and appeared to have things in control until he found out Klay had a duplicate of his gear. Meanwhile Tom did everything in his power to scan the jokester Yokkis, and after helping him he appeared to get his wish only to be tricked once more. In the end Kaz shocked everyone by self destructing the two battle gears in a head-to-head match-up, and Klay determined he would face him once more.

Today, Kaz and Tom are enjoying the world when they run into a player known as Bodal. Little do they know though that Bodal will be Tom's next opponent.​

It just goes to show ya: never underestimate brains over brawn. A shame Tom didn't get his scan, but at least he has bragging rights.

But man, am I tired of seeing Maxxor. And when he decides to use other monsters, they only show them in a lame "Tom getting owned" montage.

Yeah I think it is a mistake "showing" the bigger battle team matches if you don't have the time to actually show the matches. I think they should just stick to the 1-on-1 or 3-on-3 matches instead. I also noticed what little they did show of the other matches was animation recycled from previous episodes.

I like the parts where they are in Perim and would like to see more of that. Maybe find out what all these spys running around are up to and who they work for. Looks like the guys are off on a scan quest next week that looks intresting. Wonder if we will finally see one of the girls play since the boys are away?

Tom getting denied scans seems to be a running theme this makes the fourth: Najarin, Staluk, Yokkis and now the Aerodrone.

Tom has yet to learn how to be subtle. Most of the others get their scans by being subtle, but he runs head long toward them and tries to go fill force. It was good seeing him strategize and find a way to win though.

So are they developping any storyline so far?
