20 years ago today

Wow! It's been 20 years since it premiered. I wish it was still invading my tv as it did way back then.

I agree, I remember growing up with them during the late nineties-early 2000's when repeats were being shown on YTV. Ditto Animaniacs as well.

Thanks for posting this topic Tom.

Definately a milestone, thanks for all the hardwork that you and the team put into this. It inspires me to do great things.

Can we consider Tiny Toons retro now?

Happy 20th. anniversary, Tiny Toons!

Now if only Fifi La Fume could make a comeback cartoon series...

Also, I've just finished my TTA anniversary tribute video. Check it out.

Happy 20th Anniversary TINY TOON ADVENTURES!

I was a young kid watching Tiny Toons when it first "invaded" my TV. My favorite cartoon ever and it is what I always looked forward to when coming home from school (helped get through the school day easier)!

So to Buster, Babs, Plucky, Hamton, Dizzy, Furrball, Monty, Elmyra, Gogo and all the gang- HAPPY 20TH!!

I remember watching Tiny Toons while growing up. Dizzy Devil was my favorite 'Tiny Toon'. I have to admit, this cartoon was...a...blast. Plenty of humor and enough entertainment to watch over and over again.

Tiny Toon Adventures deserves praise for the creation of Babs Bunny alone. Finally, a female toon who was wacky and ridiculous in her own right and was not just a cliched girlfriend character. After Babs, my favorite TTA characters were Montana Max, Buster Bunny and Plucky Duck.

Happy 20th, Tiny Toons!

If it lived up to the hype as seen in such periodicals as Time magazine, I’m sure this Steven Spielberg project was a boffo success.

Boy, 20 years since the dawn of the looney renaissance.
Folks just ain't been right since.

We could use a “where are they now” special.

Tongue twanging terrific!

Babs Bunny from Tiny Toons would inspire Looney Tunes Lola Bunny.

I still wish Warner Bros. released soon as it gets a green light the rest of the Tiny Toon seasons (Seasons 2 and 3) on DVD!

Wow, 20 years. Time really flies. The Animaniacs should not be that far behind. That was one of my all time favorites.

20 years. The show is older than I am. I didn't discover the 90s Warner Bros. cartoons until about three months ago, but they are truly brilliant. I am amazed by how great TTA is, and I don't have any nostalgia getting in the way of objectivity. Now three years till Animaniacs, the very best of the 90s in my opinion, turns twenty.

Amen to that! As far as I'm concerned, she's the best cartoon character ever made. The world, or at least my part of it, would be far more dismal without her in it. Tiny Toons is one of the things that still helps to keep me sane.

20 years.... and it feels like it was only last week....

A special 20th Anniversary salute to everybody who made that show happen. Thanks for all of your hard work, guys. :)

*The entire TTA cast pops up out of a cornfield* "SAAAAA-LUTE!"

As Fifi would say, "OUI! VERY VERY 20TH. ANNIVERSARY!"

Babs Bunny from Tiny Toons would inspire Looney Tunes Lola Bunny.

Do you know this for a fact, or are you just speculating?

There's no solid proof that Lola Bunny was inspired by Babs, at least not directly. Lola also has a trait or 2 in common with Honey Bunny, Bugs' girlfriend from the comics.

Is WB doing anything to celebrate this? Any new DVD releases or anything?
