Does anyone know exactly how the standard animation process for a TV series (US show) actually is? I know they send their stuff overseas, but what do they send exactly? Just the storyboards? The layouts? The timing sheets? Do they draw key poses as well? Or do the animators overseas draw everything?

I'm just curious if anyone here's applied or been accepted for these programs. What are they like? I know you have to submit stuff, but I'm curious as to what happens if you do get accepted. Or are you not allowed to disclose anything about applications?
