  • Casablanca turns 85 next year. A good way to mark the occasion is to reissue the 4K Blu-ray from 2022, this time with restored versions of "The Bird Came C.O.D." and "The Squawkin' Hawk", and adding a brand new colorized version improving on the Turner colorized version from 1988.
Don't be surprised if the merged Paramount/WB entity makes a play for streaming rights to the Pokemon anime in the future (both old and new dub eps) to complement their distribution rights to Legendary's Pokemon content.

Not just the rights to stream episodes, but full distribution rights outside Japan as a joint venture with Legendary.

If they merge they will have nearly $100bn in debt. They should spend their money on paying the down the debt, and probably trying to keep the NFL. The Pokemon company would probably not work with a company that could down in flames by 2030.

"Drebin - Hero" from the first three Naked Gun movies would be good to play at graduation ceremonies.
DC or Marvel needs to have an exaggerated parody of Sinclair Broadcast Group as defined by the "Evil, Inc." trope on TV Tropes.
I hope a major motion picture does for Badfinger's original version of "Without You" what Guardians of the Galaxy did for "Hooked on a Feeling" by Blue Swede. The Badfinger version is superior to most subsequent covers, such as the Nilsson one.
Netflix should now seek to be acquired by Sony, which would not only make Netflix the flagship streaming service for Sony Pictures, but it would bring KPop Demon Hunters back under Sony control.

    PF9
Sony's not going to let go of Columbia. Sony buying Netflix is a win win. Sony doesn't currently have a streaming service. Netflix currently doesn't have a studio. They complement each other.

Netflix has been added to the list of properties I want Sony to acquire, joining AMC Networks, Lionsgate (which notably produced Orange Is the New Black for Netflix) and the non-news assets of Fox Corporation (which would lead to new episodes of Fox programming coming to Netflix a day after airing on the network).
    P
    PF9
Not to mention Fox Sports would take over producing sports broadcasts for Netflix (meaning Fox affiliates would now have right of first refusal for simulcasting the NFL Christmas games), and Netflix would absorb AMC's streaming services (except for HiDive, which along with Sentai would be divested to a third party) and offer streaming of local Fox affiliates on select tiers.
If NBCUniversal bought Hasbro, Peacock could become the home for all G6 MLP content. This would bring a lot more subscribers to Peacock given how popular MLP is.

NBCUniversal would be in good hand for Transformers film and television rights if this will be actually happening since both Transformers One and Transformers: Rise of Beasts are flopped.
On one of my YouTube channels I have spoof videos featuring closing credits from post-Blue Mountain era Paramount Television shows having the Blue Mountain attached to them.
They need to release the R-rated director's cut of Kangaroo Jack.

That cut doesn't even have Jack in it -- they'd have to call it "Down Under" like they were originally planning.

I feel if Disney wants to do a Moana 3, they should be forced to do it without Auliʻi Cravalho, who should sever ties with Disney after their cancellation of Hailey's On It! on a cliffhanger.

Has there ever been an actor that severed ties with a company just for canning a show they were in?

I know of one similar situation: Christopher Lloyd and Steven Levitan refused to pitch Modern Family to Fox after the network mistreated their previous series, Back to You (starring Kelsey Grammer of Cheers and Frasier).
    P
    PF9
Ironically, both shows were produced by what was then the Fox network's production arm, 20th Century Fox Television, which became part of Disney (and sister company to Modern Family's home network, ABC), in 2019.
Warner Bros. has released Paramount Popeye and Superman cartoons on home media in their original theatrical release forms. (Cont. in first comment)

Some of the Betty Boop cartoons released by Olive Films also have their Paramount logos intact. So I'd like to see Universal release home media compilations of Famous Studios cartoons that they own restored with their original Paramount logos.
Nintendo of America should form a division for non-video game forms of entertainment.

It would entail reviving Nintendo Power magazine as a joint venture with Dotdash Meredith, also joining with them to relaunch Four M Studios, which would now include Nintendo-themed unscripted programs in its output.

As well, Nintendo would launch a record label in conjunction with Interscope Records (continued in 1st comment)...

..., a US branch of Nintendo Pictures that would produce both live-action and animated adaptations of Nintendo properties, and also acquire Gray Media and the assets NBCUniversal plans on divesting, along with teaming up with NBCUniversal to acquire radio station operator Audacy Inc., with each company owning 50%. (Continued in 2nd comment)

Raycom Sports would eventually replace NBC Sports as the producer of sports programming on USA Network and CNBC, and would also produce eSports events based around Nintendo games.

Nintendo of Europe would also launch its own branch of Nintendo Pictures.

Your question would be for Nintendo in Japan since Nintendo of America is regional office to handle with video game market in the US and Canada.

Nintendo rather to have a partnership with NBCUniversal to make shows and movies, so that allow Nintendo to focus on video game market. That isn't like Sony because Sony is very huge corporation and they have own studio.
The Los Angeles Dodgers, the defending World Series champions, are getting stronger with new roster additions.

This only serves to make them more valuable to a combined Charter/New Paramount entity in the future, which would in turn give the entity full ownership of the team's RSN.
    P
    PF9
In turn, Dodgers games not already being seen on a nationally-available outlet would stream on Paramount+ outside their home territory and simulcast from the RSN, while also being blacked out on P+ in the territory of the team the Dodgers play in a given game.

I don't have issues with your proposal about rebrand Universal to NBC for TV shows and broadcast stations.

I personally think that NBCUniversal seems desirable after both merged long time ago, and I don't like an idea about label as Comcast because Comcast is seen as cable provider, rather than TV shows and movies.
Brett Favre, the former QB for one of my favorite NFL teams the Green Bay Packers, has been in the news a lot lately.

I think he could have made a great voice actor, because he has a good voice. All the money he would have made from lending his voice to many major animated productions could have been enough for that volleyball facility at Southern Miss without the need for the welfare money.

It's not often I say an athlete with a voice I like should enter into voice acting when they finish their playing career.

Paramount Global, formerly 2 incarnations of Viacom, CBS Corporation, and ViacomCBS, would not be where it is now without the efforts of Fred Silverman and Dean Hargrove to engineer hit programs for Viacom in the 1980s and 1990s.
Paramount Global should buy the rights to gulfandwestern.com and have it redirect to Paramount.com.

Gulf and Western is an important part of the Paramount Global heritage. So not only acquire gulfandwestern.com, but register "Gulf and Western" (in its various permutations) as trademarks to prevent other companies from using the name.

Paramount Global isn't interested to buy Gulf and Western's domain name, no matter if it is heritage or not, so they moved on to focus on CBS and Viacom contents.

I do think that you are better off to ask Nick to fix the schedule issues and add older contents on Paramount+.

Everyone applause these two characters, for soon getting their own spin-off full animated series!!! (who would have expected a series with PB and Marceline anyway? I know they have an upcoming comic book series which will go well with)

Watched Toy Story 5 today. It felt like another awesome escapade for the characters, while also they taught an important lesson: it's ok to be different, especially if you still like to play with toys. Lily turned from an antagonist to a hero of the movie, because of realising exactly that.
