@Elijah Abrams because you called for Disney+/Hulu merge into Hulu, so I see as unlikely because Disney see Disney+ as flagship brand and Hulu is just hub. Disney still sell Hulu separately for anyone who want Hulu only and it make me believe that hard merger is unlikely, so soft merger - they did for customers who want Disney+ and Hulu.
