Happy America 250!

Today is the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. Happy birthday USA! Does anyone have any plans on celebrating? I plan on going to an event at a local park.

I'll be having an early birthday BBQ, then watch a baseball game on TV, & finally enjoy a fireworks show on local TV.

Happy milestone anniversary to the United States! I used to dream moving there in the late 2000s, but alas I came to realize that I don't feel like doing that. I was exposed to an American worldview as a kindergartener watching Cartoon Network, and because of that defaultism, my written English is defaulted to American.

Though my accent is a mix of the big 3 (US, UK and Australia) all in one, lol

Visited my folks for the weekend. Today we had dinner with my sister, brother in law and my two nieces. Tomorrow going with my parents somewhere out to eat and then to Toy Story 5.

Unfortunately the heat/humidity this weekend has sapped a lot of my energy. Which i think is the case for a lot of America, actually.

Going to skip the fireworks. Never been big on them anyway- you've seen one fireworks show you've seen them all.

Happy 250th! I hope everyone has/had a good 4th of July. It's been pretty nice for me today.

I went to the park to closely see the fireworks and took pics and videos. I usually like to watch them far away for safety.
