-Ned and MJ remember Spider-Man and meeting/doing stuff with -- they just don’t remember who he is
-Ned is trying to figure out Spider-Man’s secret identity because Ned wants to thank him
-Nobody remembers Peter Parker is Spider-Man apart from one person

That last is interesting because that would mean people like Carol Danvers who was off-world or Dr. Strange might not remember either? Holland could be hinting at Jean Grey/Whoever Sink is because of her telepathic powers - but that's moot because wouldn't she simply find out who he is by mind reading him?

I've seen a lot of people speculating that it's the Hulk who in the comics was immune to the OMD mindwipe that erased Peter's identity even though Bruce forgot.

Or it might be Steve Rogers because of time travel.

I imagine it's just a suit cameo but it would be kind of funny if they just picked up Bookeem Woodbine, put him into a comic-accurate Shocker costume, just for a cameo in a montage .

Biggest surprise is that Gargan was already Scorpion in the time-skip .

About Sadie Sink's mysterious character in the film, I doubt it'll be Jean Grey at all but rather Angelica Jones, given that the latter teamed up with Peter as Firestar in Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends.
