The Middle East basically received the same feed as Scandinavia IIRC
From what I remember by looking at pdf versions of some MENA newspapers long ago (can't remember their names), MENA used to have DXD Scandinavia only for a few months before switching to the Turkish feed - an example schedule (page 32):
