I think TGS still airs on Boomerang FR because of a French content quota

That and also since it's a show made right in France, thus it was easier for the French side of WBD to maintain rights there.

That, or the Bulgarian dub somehow doesn't exist. @flaboyblast

There is no full Bulgarian dub. It was shown in Bulgarian, but lectored. I think it was on Nova and Diema

EEE definitely doesnt have a Czech dub. But I can try to suggest one.

Ah, I remember seeing a Nova encode of the lector of Once Upon an Ed.

Later BTV had a kinda wasted Kids WB block and the only thing special was this bumper:


A weird animation of the 1995 KWB USA logo, accompanied by the BTV soundtrack and one of BTV's backgrounds

I remember that HTV 3 (?) in Vietnam had a Warner Block and the intro had late 90s KWB elements. And one of the shows they aired was Ben 10. I couldn't share the find because it was a full episode and it went against the rules. Their dub was a lector so it wasn't interesting to me.


Luckily someone found the Warner Block intro (I suspect it was also an outro)

Yeah. I didnt have yet that many medals on a reply I think lol. But yes, surprised someone recorded it in such quality. As for the VO, sounds like a conspiracy theory, but to me it sounds like a young Reuben Tuck (later voice of Turner Asia), idk.

It looks like they’re doing the same thing as Nick with the cross-promotion. I’m starting to feel like the same team operates both Nick and CN lol. But honestly, it’s a good thing because here in Bulgaria, Cartoonito is basically dead. I don’t know how the ratings are in other countries, but here they’re really bad.

Speaking of Robot Jones, I still remember how I asked my mom back in 1st grade (2008) about what shows did Boomerang EMEA air (when I still had no idea about the channel as a whole and heard initially that the TVs from the kindergarten she worked at had it), she told me that one of them was about "a robot who goes to school".

I know very well by now that the show never aired neither on CN nor Boomerang EMEA, though I still wonder sometimes what she could have possibly seen there that "matches" that description perfectly?..

If it has to match perfectly, then I can't think of anything. Hanna Barbera cartoons usually don't take place in school. However, there are some Boomerang EMEA shows with robots:

• The Jetsons. Their school teacher is a robot.
• Larry from Time Squad? He is constantly teaching historical figures, it might look like a school in at least one episode.
• Dexter's Laboratory. He brought a robot to school in at least one episode.
• Tom and Jerry Kids. The episode "Chase School" features a robot.

But it's also possible that she mixed up the channels and it was indeed Robotboy or My Life as a Teenage Robot. My parents mixed up channel names all the time.

for the record, "Chase School" is a season 2 episode, and Boomerang EMEA and also CEE never aired S2 of Tom and Jerry Kids.

At the end of the day, she may have indeed been mixing up the channels, in which case I am leaning more towards Robotboy (as it was still airing decently on CN CEE at the time, still producing new episodes).

Also, SuperThings: Rivals of Kaboom doesn't even have new episodes currently airing on Cartoonito here (since it mentions "nowe odcinki"). So I don't even wanna talk about how random and illogical is this

Here Boomera- I mean Cartoonito is currently the second most watched kids channel after Minimax, with almost 17K national viewers and 0.58% market share (which are ironic and undeserved given how bad the schedule is treated compared to CN)
