It'd be weird if season 2 wis already on the horizon within the year, but that's the only explanation that makes sense, barring any last-minute tax writeoffs.

Via Adult Swim's schedule, Blue Exorcist will replace Dragon Ball DAIMA on April 5 2026. It won't be new episodes though. It's a rerun of the series starting with Episode 1

Apparently the Adult Swim schedule lied to me. Because now according to Toonami's Facebook, My Adventures With Superman will return tomorrow, filling in Ninja Kamui briefly before it fills in for Dragon Ball Daima next week. Ninja Kamui will now be at 2:30 and Superman will now be at 3:00 next week. Both are reruns of the shows itself.

So with that, I have a new prediction (that's likely or highly unlikely to be confirmed in the coming months):

When Kamui and Superman finish up their reruns, the new seasons of both shows will premiere afterwards.

I don’t think Kamui season 2 is quite there yet. They’re likely rerunning that just cause it’s easy.

I do believe Superman’s rerun will lead into season 3, though.

AS also tries to not double dip on premier content when possible, especially on Toonami. There are very few shows they are willing to run in the lead slot that aren’t originals. Running Kamui and Superman at the same time means losing 12-13 weeks worth of lead show material.

And yea, neither show is gonna be a surprise drop. We are gonna see teasers for it many months ahead of time. MAWS is cutting things a little late, but that may be due to saving the reveal for something during April Fools. Wouldn’t be the first time they have dropped premier dates for multiple shows during a prank.

According to the Toonami Facebook, the show that will be replacing DanDADan on June 27 Is....

Actually, IGPX returns for another rerun on June 27 and will air after One Piece, but yeah, no new shows will be replacing DanDADan after June 20.
