Sounds like the MeTV Toons channel in your area has switched over to the WEST channel. I still get MeTV Toons on my side. Have you checked if it's airing on a different (sub)channel?

They have never aired it as part of "Tis The Season for Toons" (if that's what you mean). Maybe this year though.
