is the discussion focusing on how the network treats its anime now, or back in the day? currently, the priorities have shifted so much that it's unfair to only use the CN side and ignore the AS side. if the talk is about the past X years, then it's all CN.

why would they want to decrease their schedule? the sales people want to sell their advertising time at the higher [adult swim] rate, rather than the cheaper Cartoon Network rate.
It's hard to believe the animated series' debut on August 10th will follow the theatrical... when the debut of the movie is August 15th. Not to mention the critic doesn't have her math down when it comes to Dave's birthday and the release of the original Star Wars film.
